So that is pre fast meal for .
So I'll be giving you lots of options .
First option is you can have hunkered sandwich , the recipe of hunkered sandwiches already for my channel and here is the complete recipe of it .
Definitely make sure to add at least one cup of curd in the morning itself to help you avoid any kind of thirst throughout the day .
So definitely hunkered sandwich wins in this you can have one or two hunker sandwich along with two whole eggs or even you can prepare a veggie omelet out of it as well .
Make sure you get your protein intake of the day as well .
Second option is you can have basin chila complete recipe of healthy weight loss .
Basin chia is yet again up on my channel super high in protein and hits you keep fuller for longer time of the day as well .
You can have two basin chila along with that , you can have a good full bowl of curd or chutney as per your own preference .
Next is third option , which you can have is for all the people who definitely want to have all the fruit intake in the morning itself .
You can have chia pudding .
The recipe of my healthy weight loss chia pudding is drinking up on my channel and here is the complete recipe of what I've done .
Here is I added one by fourth cup of chia seeds in a bowl to this .
I'm adding approximately 1.5 cups of almond milk to this bowl , mixing it all well and keeping it in the fridge overnight or you can even keep it for approximately two hours and a delicious chia pudding will be ready .
You can see the consistency of it .
I like it in a very runny form .
You can always have it thick prepared by adding more chia seeds to the milk at the same time .
I'm adding here , lots of fruits , freshly seasonally apple available and strawberries are available .
You can even add pomegranate or whatever is available with you freshly in the season and enjoy a delicious chia pudding recipe .
We will not be adding any kind of sweeter to this because we'll be giving it sweetness through fruit .
It along with that , you can have again , two whole eggs or you can have veggie omelet as well to give you good protein .
Also , at the same time , you can even include one cup of curd , the low fat curd with this meal .
And the last option is you can have meal with added fruits to it along with .
And you can even add some seed mix to it .
The recipe of high protein oatmeal is taken up on my channel , which is loaded with fruits and definitely you can even add 30 g of high protein seed mix to this to give you good protein content and also the benefits of vitamins and minerals from seeds and nuts .
You can always mix , match your options for every day and choose as per your own convenience .
And now let's proceed towards at the start time is when you open your fast and see what we can have during this meal time , starting with our with one date and you can have one glass of coconut water .
It is always recommended to take your electorate of the entire day during this meal .
So you can always have one glass of coconut water .
Along with that , you can always open your fast with one date and proceeding slow with the process of eating will definitely drink some water as well .
During this time .
At the same , you can even prepare some detox water for yourself with chia seeds or apple cinnamon detox as per your own convenience and have it to suppress your thirst at the same time .
Let's proceed towards our meal options for this time .
First options , you can have 100 g of cooked brown rice along with that , you can have 2050 g of chicken curry or fish curry .
It's a very great source of protein , calcium fiber at the same time , very low in calorie intake as well .
So you can have it along with any kind of curry as per your own preference .
Proceeding to the second option , which can be you can have or tofu or soya .
Along with that , you can have one or two old choi .
The recipe of my old roti is yet again upon my channel .
Beetroot , oats roti great sauce to get your good collision boosting properties from beetroot .
At the same time , old roti will never make you gain weight ever .
So you can enjoy your two choate with food or the recipe of is a channel .
You can follow the recipe very easily and enjoy a good protein intake of the tea .
Proceeding towards our next option , which can be for all the light goers for their meal , you can have kebab salad .
