Of course , the young girl will be super excited and she will be ready to do this no matter what .
And she will want to do this past as fast as possible because she wants to be closer to her dream .
She wants to start modeling .
She want to be a model .
She gets that beautiful picture in her head .

So the first mistake models do when they try to lose weight fast is basically the same as this video title .
Just imagine you haven't gained that weight overnight .
So it's impossible to lose the weight in a healthy way really , really quickly .
It takes time and it's better to take it slow and not ruining your health rather than going ahead and losing weight in a week or a huge amount of weight in a month .
Just think of your health as your investment in your career .
Basically , it's your life .
Don't ever forget about it and don't try to lose weight too fast .
One more important thing , if you're agency telling you to lose weight really fast , if they're forcing you to lose weight really fast , maybe that's not right people for you because most of the professionals understand that losing weight fast isn't a solution at all .
And having a model who struggles with her weight isn't a good option for them .
Maybe they are looking for that quick money .
So remember if the agency is asking you to lose weight really quickly , really fast , then do more research and find out if this agency is really a good choice for you .
Next mistake .
Choosing a one food diet .
It also called a mono diet or a one item food diet .
Let's say it like this .
For example , if you're eating only apples during the day or eating only chocolate or eating only potatoes or something like this , this also isn't really good for health because you don't get enough nutrition , you don't get enough vitamins .
You don't have the variety of food , obviously .
So can you survive eating only one type of food ?
Can you be healthy eating only one type of food even if I'll google it ?
Like not doing a really detailed research .
If I'll just look for a basic information in Wikipedia .
For example , here's what I will find a comment of a nutritionist food patterns that restrict intake to a single item or a limited number of food lead to nutritional inadequacies .

And I absolutely agree .
You just can't be healthy eating only one type of food .
You need to be more educated about it and not being like inspired by those titles .

Just remember , do your research and don't make the decisions that you will regret in the future .
We need balanced diet to stay healthy and choosing a mono diet isn't a solution .
It's not good for your health at all .

Now next mistake models do when they try to lose weight really fast is keeping the meals or drinking lots of water or coffee instead of having a meal .
You know , modeling job is hard .
You need to go to the castings , you need to pose nonstop , you need to work like eight hours a day or even more .
Sometimes you have like 300 looks per day to shoot for a look book and you need that energy .
You just can't keep on skipping the meals .
It's not a solution because at some point , your body will compensate all this and it will lead to binge eating .
And yes , you don't need that .
You can always find a diet that will suit you a healthy balanced diet .

Now the next mistake eating only low fat foods , not eating any fats at all .
For example , buying low fat yogurt or I don't know , low fat milk or anything like that and not eating the healthy fats like olive oil or avocados .
Having such food is really essential for your body , especially if you're young and it's especially needed for women because we have the periods and without the fats , you can lose your period and it's a sign of trouble , don't get rid of the fats .
It's not good for your health and there is no point in it .
Next mistake being too restrictive and not eating enough calories .
For example , eating less than 1200 calories a day , it's too little and it's not balanced .
And again , it will lead to binging .
It will lead to the problems if you're struggling with creating a diet plan for yourself .
I suggest you to contact the professional and um with their help , you will create a diet plan that will be suitable for you that will be healthy and will help you lose weight in a healthy way .
Next mistake , working out for hours .
It definitely leads to stress and it's not good for the weight loss .
It's not good for your mental health as well .
And everything should be balanced , your food , your sports , just everything you need to enjoy the process .
You need to enjoy the sports .
It's better to find something that you will like doing , like dancing , yoga , swimming or going to the gym .
We are all different and some people like this and the other people don't like this at all .
So just find something that will work for you and don't be too focused on sports , don't be too strict to yourself and find that balance .
For example , if you don't like sports at all , try to walk more like we all remember about that 10,000 steps a day , right .
So you can just try walking or cycling or do the things that you enjoy .
Keep on moving , try to move a little bit more than usual and it will help you anyways .
It's better than putting yourself in a huge amount of stress in a stressful situation that won't help at all .
Just add more activity and movement to your life .
The next mistake some models do is taking diet pills or appetite suppressants and this is the scariest thing in my opinion .
Please don't ever do this .
Don't do this at all .
I really , really encourage you not to do this .
You can buy them if you have a prescription only but still some people somehow in some countries do buy them without the prescription , which is not only illegal , it's dangerous .
And I've also done some research and I've searched for some comments about the diet pills about the side effects and I will read you just a little bit of it .
Some anti obesity medications can have severe even lethal side effects .
Imagine even let side effects .
So you can literally die because of it .
And does it worth it ?
Like really , it's not worth it at all .
What is if you're an aspiring model or you want to be a model , you need to be healthy and losing weight fast or using some of these methods , making these mistakes .
It's a temporary solution and it will lead to the problems in the future and it will cost you career .
So it's so dark already .
