You can be the biggest foodie and still lose weight already before we get too excited and thinking that eating the falling foods will make us 10 times skinnier in five days .
It's not going to happen .
These are some of the best foods to eat to assist you in having a healthy those that being bland or boring tasting just a healthy nutritious and yummy diet to help you on your weight .
But more importantly , fat loss journey from my personal experience , these foods made my weight loss journey so so much easier in a healthy and sustainable way .
So keep on watching for 15 of my all time favorite foods for weight loss and see exactly why these are the foods you should consider eating to help you lose weight .

We have to start with my all time favorite avocados for free .
She do like let's just take a moment to appreciate my love for this pure green perfection .
Avocados have extremely high nutritional values including an impressive amount of vitamin KCB , five B , six E and tons of potassium and folate .
Within a serving of 100 and 60 calories .
There are 2 g of protein and £15 pounds pounds grams of healthy fat .
And although it contains 9 g of carb , seven of those are actually fiber .
So there are only two net carbs making it a low carb friendly food .
It contains an abundant amount of soluble and insoluble fiber which help improve gut health and reduce blood sugar or insulin spikes .
As previously mentioned many times in my videos , insulin prevents your body from breaking down fat and anything too quick to be absorbed or high in simple sugar can cause these insulin spikes that will lead to increased chances of fat , build up the super healthy fats and fiber in avocado will help you feel fuller longer .
If I eat my favorite brunch with avocado , it helps to reduce my cravings and hunger throughout the day and it literally helped me quit snacking .
Yes , I do not need snacks now because I have my one and only true love avocados .
It has been found in control studies that high caffeine consumers reduce weight , fat , mass and weight circumference .
More than low caffeine consumers caffeine in the form of either coffee or tea will help give your metabolism a small boost .
Thus helping you with the weight loss process .
The key thing is don't add cream or sugar to your caffeinated drink period or that defeats the entire purpose .
A cream and sugar comes at high calories and B sugar spikes .
Insulin which stimulates cells to absorb glucose , too much glucose absorbed becomes guess what ?
Body fat .
So black coffee or no coffee period soup , low calorie soups are also great foods to eat for weight loss .
Observational studies have found that individuals who regularly consume soup tend to have a lower body mass index and are less likely to have obesity compared to those who don't consume soup at all .
Soup can definitely help increase the feeling of fullness and of course , it increases your water intake .
Thus , regularly eating soup can help reduce the daily amount of calories you intake .
Just remember that not all soups are created equal .
I know A K A don't drink five bowls of cream mushroom , bacon potato soup on the top of your daily meals .
Try bone broth based soups , veggie soups , bean based soups or lean meat soups .
Salmon .
If avocado were my married true love , then salmon will be my all time favorite lover .
I love them both and can't live without either one of them .
It's complicated .
Don't ask .
Anyhoo salmon is a super duper good source of lean protein for all of you trying to lose fat while building lean muscles .
It is so rich in vitamin B potassium and of course , healthy omega three fats .
A lot of people tend to think that eating fat is not ideal for diet .
But eating healthy fat in moderate amounts will actually help you lose weight .
Eating unsaturated fat will help lower triglycerides , reduce inflammation , speed up your metabolic rate and will help you feel full longer without fighting your insulin round .
The only real downside to salmon is that it is pricey .
So it's not a bad idea to incorporate omega three fatty acids into your diet through supplements as well .
Whole eggs .
A lot of people shy away from whole eggs because of the cholesterol and the yolk .
But in recent years , a lot of studies actually have found out that eating yolks are actually beneficial for weight loss .
Egg yolks are a great source of vitamin D and studies have actually found a correlation between vitamin deficiency and the build up of very dangerous excess belly fat and overweight individuals .
And of course , eggs are just a very great low calorie source from protein which help ta hunger .
A higher protein intake actually increases the level of satiety hormones such as G LP one peptide yy .
And you don't care .
Proteins also help increase your metabolic rate and overall just take more time and energy to be absorbed .
Go nuts for the next ones because they are nuts , nuts are awesome sources of healthy unsaturated fats to help decrease appetite and make you feel full .
They are the perfect things to snack on when you absolutely have to snack on something and they do not cause insulin spikes but just remember to not go nuts nuts .
I'm so funny and eat a powder du at once .
Yogurt yogurt is not only a great source of calcium protein and probiotics to help with your gut health , but it's also very satiating and will help reduce craving .
Just remember though to go with the ones with minimally added sugar or no sugar .
Pure .
Greek yogurts are my personal favorites and can be topped with fruits for burst flavors .
Grapefruit , grapefruit is a low sugar citrusy fruit that is low in calories and high in fiber and antioxidants .
It helps reduce triglyceride in the body and it has a low glycaemic index of 25 meaning that it doesn't spike blood sugar levels as quickly .
A lot of people on diets incorporate half or full grapefruits into their breakfast berries .
If you have a sweet tube like me , this one's for you berries are literally the most diet friendly fruits because they are very low in sugar , very low in calories while containing tons of fiber and antioxidants .
They are the perfect substitutes for added sugar or highly processed desserts .
So you can get your cravings satisfied without having a sugar rush that leads to fat .
Build up green , dark leafy greens like kale or spinach or cruciferous like broccoli are literally the poster Children of diets and they are popular for a reason .
The dense amount of fiber in dark leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables , slow down absorption , prevent insulin spikes and take more calories to die digest better .
Yet you can eat a lot of them .
Like you can eat your heart out and still only consume very little calories .
And if you're like me , who used to think that eating veggies is literally like eating grass and would rather starve with dignity than have your taste buds , humiliated by them .
A super healthy and easy way to make the veggies taste good is a blending them into smoothies with fruits that you like that will mask the taste or B bake for roast them like kale chips , roasted broccoli .
Oh my God .
Life changers .
They taste better than French fries .
No jokes , especially when I bake those crispy broccoli with salmon with that perfectly burnt broccoli .
French and salmon oil .
She kiss a million times and the next few items are perfect substitutes for quick carbs such as white rice , pasta , white bread crackers that just get absorbed so quickly , that will lead to insulin strengths and will lead to fat build up .
So quinoa oats and brown rice .
These are just examples of my favorite grains .
There's a ton more .
Just pick and choose your favorites .
Grains are just super good ways for you to get your carbohydrates coming with the of fiber to make you feel full longer and help reduce the absorption of sugar to avoid insulin spikes .
Sweet potatoes or just potatoes with skin are also great sources of carbs with fiber .
And so I just try to avoid anything with added sugar or just pure carbohydrates without fiber when trying to lose weight .
Last , certainly not least my holy grail chia V .
About two tablespoons contain 10 g of fiber , 9 g of healthy fat and 5 g of protein , zero cholesterol .
If you make it into a pudding form , it will actually make you feel super , super full .
My go to breakfast back in UCL A was a cheer pudding that was only around like 300 calories but made me feel so full and energized for the entire morning .
Like I was ready to fight the world after my chia pudding .
Find me the dense fiber and ses also help with my gut health seeing in less bloating and I personally felt that it really helped stabilize my weight when I just incorporated 1 to 2 tablespoons of chi ses every day .
