So add lots and lots of salad to this .
For example , you can add cucumber tomato onion and lettuce , lemon juice , black pepper powder powder , but make sure to add no salt and the entire tan will not be having any kind of table salt .
So please avoid salt .
The lemon juice does the job great .
If you're not into sprout salad or you cannot have it .
Then you can also have two slices of toasted multi grain bread .
Mal grain bread is very easily available in the market these days .
So you can just simply toast multi grain bread and have it with black tea or black coffee .
Or you can also have it with almond milk tea .

Third option for a vegan breakfast would be mania smoothie or apple banana smoothie .
You can have any kind of smoothie , whichever fruit is freshly available in the season .
You can add it .
Mango is available .
You can add mango apple is available .
Banana is available .
You can add that .
Now , I would like to tell you one trick .
If you freeze the banana overnight , you do not need any kind of milk or yogurt for the smoothie .
It does the great job .
It is basically to make your smoothies very thick , very consistent and you basically do not require any kind of day for this .
The water can also do the job .
So the recipe for banana apple smoothie is up on my channel .
This is the recipe for it .
I have used your almond milk .
You can skip it and use frozen banana as well .
But this recipe is great for weight loss .
Now , let's proceed towards your mid-morning snack , midmorning snack .
Again , you can have a freshly brewed cup of green tea or peppermint tea along with one fruit of your own choice , whichever is seasoned and available .
Along with this , you can have few soaked almonds and two soaked walnuts again .
Great for your fiber also and for vitamin deficiencies as well .
Now , let's proceed towards your lunch as usual 15 minutes before our lunch , we'll have apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water to clear our stomach in as well as to help us lower our blood sugar levels too for lunch .
Again , I'll be giving you three options .
Now , first option is basin chila .
You can have up to three basin chila along with Pudina or mint chutney .
Great for this and definitely is a great source of protein and fiber as well .
Second option for vegan lunch would be K with chutney .
Now , Kiri is very easy to prepare .
The recipe for weight loss kitch is already on my channel .
This is a recipe for weight loss kitch , very delicious , very yummy and does not require any kind of fancy food to this .
The recipe is super simple .

You can also add any kind of pulses to this tastes yummy .
You can have it with chutney and along with it , have lots and lots of salad .
Third option for a vegan lunch would be quinoa pulau with added lots and lots of freshly seasonal vegetables to this .
A quinoa palau is very healthy , very fiber rich and very good in calcium also .
So what you can do is have quinoa pulau , a quarter plate of it would be very fulfilling .
And along with add lots and lots of veggies to this , you can add capsicum onion , tomato , mushroom , broccoli , whatever is available .
Now , one tip that I would like to give you all is in your lunch .
You can make sure to add nutritional yeast in your lunch by nutritional yeast .
It is a great source of all the vitamin D components .
Vitamin B six , vitamin B 12 and each and every deficiency is cured with it .
So what you can do is you can just Sprinkle one teaspoon of nutritional yeast over a Kiri or basin chila or a quinoa and it tastes just like cheese .
Yes , vegan cheese can be said .
So you can have it .

It is very easily available in the market these days and it's great for your deficiency of vitamin B .
Now let's proceed towards your mid evening snack for mid evening snack .
You can have freshly crewed cup of green tea .
Again , it's not into green tea and you can have black coffee or black tea as well or almond milk tea as well .
And along with that you can have rice cake , rice cakes are very easily available in the market these days .
It is a great low calorie snack and tastes of wonders with tea or coffee .
If not available , then you can also have roasted maass .
You can simply toast the maass in microwave without any salt or , or anything or on a pan as well .
And let's proceed towards our dinner .
Make sure you have a dinner three hours before going to bed .
The options for dinner would be stir fry mushrooms or broccoli .
Of course , if mushrooms are available , then you can definitely stir fry mushrooms .
They are again a great source or vitamin B 12 and as well as vitamin D three as well .
So people suffering from both of them should have mushroom in their diets .
You can simply stir up both of these veggies or any other veggies as black pear powder , roasa powder , organo chili flakes , whatever is available .
Second option for dinner would be oatmeal with almond milk .
Now , oatmeal , the recipe for oatmeal is again up on my channel .
This is the recipe for oatmeal .
It's gluten-free oatmeal again , great for weight loss and as well as contains very low calvities , you can prepare it in almond milk or if not , then you can also prepare it with water .
Great source of fiber protein and as well as health relief constipation too .
Now , if this option is also not available , then you can have quinoa salad all you need to do is just simply boil quinoa and add lots and lots of salad to this cucumber , tomato onion lettuce .
Whatever is available for dressing , you can use lemon juice , black powder , oregano , chili flakes , whatever you want to add to this , it tastes yummy and is very great for weight loss .
You'll definitely see great weight loss results happening with this .
