Brewing Coffee With...Milk _ Coffee Collaboration

Our coffee collaboration for today is brewing uh pour over coffee with hot milk .

I know you're saying that sounds really unusual and strange .

But hey , that's what I asked for .

Send in the unusual and the strange recipes we're gonna try them .

This one was sent in by Mace Jam .

And what she does is 21 g of medium coarse for pour over , use your favorite coffee and then she has milk heated up to 100 and 40 degrees and she does 2 300 g of milk .

So we're gonna try it personally .

I say this is not gonna work .

But hey , that's what we're here for .

So let's try it .

We've already pre moistened the filter .

You know , she didn't say if she does the bloom on it , but we're gonna do like you normally would and let me tear this out .
