We are making rasmalai cupcakes .

Now let's get started for this recipe .
You need one cup of thick yogurt that is 1 20 ml to this .
I'm going to add 3/4 cup or 1 50 g of castor sugar .
Now mix it together to this .
I'm going to add 50 ml of vegetable oil that is slightly less than half cup , then goes in one teaspoon of vanilla essence .
Mix it again .
Once all of this is mixed .
Well , it's time to soften the dry ingredients .
Here , I have one and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour that is around 100 and 70 g to this .
I'm going to add one teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda .
Now fold it in the batter should be smooth and of dropping consistency .
Now to this , I'm going to add half teaspoon of cardamom powder .
Now it's time to fill our cupcake tins .
I have already lined it with cupcake liners , fill around two tablespoons per cupcake .
We have to bake these in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 20 to 25 minutes , but please check after 20 minutes because every oven is different .
Our cupcakes are ready .
We have to cool them completely on a wire rack .
In the meantime , let's make that topping .
We are going to top our cupcakes with whipped cream but with added flavors here , I have 400 ml of whipping cream .
I'm using already sweetened whipping cream , but in case you are using the unsweetened one , you can add sugar according to your taste to this whipping cream .
I'm going to add 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder .
A few strands of cases , 14 teaspoon of edible rose water and little bit of edible color .
This is completely optional .
Oh , we have to whip it till it holds its shape .
Once your whipped cream is holding its shape , cover it and keep it in your fridge for around 15 minutes so that it further firms up .

I'm going to poke the top of the cupcakes with a skewer and take the liquid from the and sob the tops with it .
Repeat with the rest of the cupcakes .

I have some smelly pieces here that I've cut into small pieces .
So take one piece and put it on the side then Sprinkle some cases on top and finally decorate with some chopped almonds and pistachios .
So our cute little Ramella cupcakes are ready .
