Today's recipe is a lovely brinjal curry that's made for Biryani .
So that is what I'm gonna show you .
This is a much requested recipe uh asking me to make this for biryani .
So today I decided to make this for you guys .
We're gonna make a masala powder .
Three teaspoons of peanuts , half teaspoon peppercorns , one teaspoon sesame seeds , one teaspoon of cumin seeds grind this to a nice fine powder .
Take a sauce pan , add a little oil , add cold spices , cinnamon cloves and carbo .
Two medium sized onions , sliced a few curry leaves , two green chilies , chop sater the onions to be a nice golden brown color .
Add one teaspoon of garlic paste and one teaspoon of ginger paste .
Next add one cup of tomato puree to this add quarter teaspoon turmeric powder .
Two teaspoons of chili powder .
A teaspoon of rock salt mix .
It cook till the raw smell goes .
Remove the crown , just slit it from the bottom , make four slits once the raw smell is gone , add half cup of dilute it and pure mix .
This reduce the flame .
Just add a little water , just add the brin into the curry have about five Brios here , close it and cook till the Brios are done .
The brin jas are cooked .
I would add a little jaggery , add two teaspoons of the ground masala powder to finish it off .
Mix everything together .
So there you have this simple yet delicious brio curry for biryani .
You can make this for chicken biryani , mutton , biryani , even vegetable biryani .
It's a great accompaniment .
