I'm gonna be showing you guys what I eat in the day to get these gains .

So let's get started .

So the first thing I like to drink on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up is some fresh green juice .

This one has cucumber , spinach , lime , celery and green apple .

There's so many health benefits to drinking green juice early in the morning .

It's filled with antioxidants , vitamins and minerals and it also helps you kick start your day .

So that way you feel more energized .

So for breakfast , I'm just gonna keep it simple .

I'm gonna have some avocado toast with some boiled eggs on top .

I'm just gonna eat half the avocado .

I'm just gonna put it into the bowl .

Start mashing it up and season it to my liking .

So you can use whatever seasonings you like I'm just gonna be starting off with some onion powder , garlic powder and black pepper .

So now I just made some toast .

It's a little bit on the crispy side , but that's OK .

I literally forgot it was in there and now I'm just gonna take some avocado and we're just gonna put it on top .

So now that my eggs are done , I'm just gonna cut them up and put them on top of the bread .

It literally was an epic fail .

Everything was flying all over the place .

I was trying to make it aesthetically pleasing for the video .

But hey , I mean the taste is what matters really .

So you're just gonna do the same exact thing to the other toast .

I tried to redeem myself but literally it was another epic fail .

So what I like to put on top is a little Southwest Chipotle seasoning and then I just put a little bit of salt .

So this is the finished product it came out .

So b so after breakfast , I'm gonna have a snack and the snack I'm gonna be preparing is a yogurt with some granola on top .

The yogurt flavor I'm gonna be having is strawberry banana .

The granola I'm gonna be eating today is organic honey almond and this completes the first snack of the day .

Oh , so for lunch , I'm just gonna have something quick and simple .

I'm just gonna have some quick bites as pepper jack cheese , dried , sweetened cranberries and sea salted roasted almonds .

So this is the quick lunch I'm having for today .

I just got back from the gym and now I'm gonna make a protein smoothie .

I'm just gonna start off with one cup of almond milk , two scoops of protein powder , one frozen banana , one cup of frozen fresh fruit , cool a tablespoon of cheese seeds and two cut up dates .

You're gonna wanna make sure that you cut open your date and take out the sea before you just throw it into the blender .

When I tell you this protein smoothie is so bomb like it's so delicious .

You guys have to try it .

The protein powder that I use is mass Xxx Gainer .

It's cookies and cream and let me tell you it's so good .

And this is the second snack for the day .

Now it's time for dinner .

I'm just gonna season up some chicken breast really quick and pop it in the oven .

I'm also gonna make some rice , pinto beans , black beans and broccoli to go with it .

Yeah .

So I'm just gonna make some yellow rice .

I'm just seasoning up my water and I just wash my rice .

So I'm not just gonna put everything into the pot and let it sit .

Now I'm just gonna be meal prepping for a few days at a time .

I like to portion out everything .

So that way .

I know how much um calories are in each container .

So I'm just gonna finish prepping the rest of the containers and I'll be back .

So this is my dinner for the week .
