Always use the top part of your jug , lean it on the side of the cup and pour it into the center of the espresso and keep it there pouring it all the way to the top .
Hello , you pour it into the center of the espresso and then just gently lift the milk so it penetrates through the creamer and lifts the brown to the top right at the end , bring it down .
So it just has a little white spots again .
So that on the saucer and serve to the customer .
So cold brew coffee has a lot of caffeine in it , but we are not after caffeine or are we a lot of my friends lately have been going to some cafes and having cold brew every day , but due to the lockdown , no one could go to those cafes and they don't know how to make cold brew coffee at home , but it's really , really simple recipe .
So without any further ado , let's get started here , I'm using locally sourced ground coffee if you enjoy any specific brand or a type of ground coffee , feel free to use it .
You could also grind coffee beans yourself .
This may give you a better and much fresh flavor .
But for that , you need a coffee grinder and I think that's a lot of work .
If you are a beginner , let's just start with ground coffee .
If you don't have any specific liking for a brand or if you're new to ground coffee , don't worry , I'll put some amazing ground coffee brands for you .
In the description , this bag of ground coffee was given to me by my boy , my bud Kunal .

So coming back to cold brew , this coffee is full with caffeine .
Actually , it's not just coffee , it's a caffeine factory .
We need about half a cup of ground coffee which is roughly 60 to 65 g .
We will add the coffee to a glass container here .
I've got a jar from a nutrition drink for kids .
My mom likes to give an artistic touch to these things .
So thumbs up for that after taking out coffee from the back , don't forget to seal it .
Most of these coffee bags have a valve that lets carbon dioxide out because freshly roasted coffee needs to degas .
The hole in coffee bags is one way valve that lets carbon dioxide escape .
If you're not a true coffee lover .
If you don't sniff the coffee aroma which comes out while degassing to this .
We will add 1.5 cups or roughly 300 mL of room temperature water , stir it well , so that all of the coffee is hydrated , put a lid on it and let it rest for 30 minutes .
After 30 minutes , put it in the refrigerator , you can totally skip this step and directly put it in the refrigerator .
But I feel the flavor is best extracted this way and it gives a well rounded flavor .
We have to keep it in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours .
24 hours will make a much stronger brew and 12 hours will make a pretty light brew .
When the time of your brew is up , simply take it out .
And now we have to strain it .
There are multiple ways to strain your coffee .
For example , a coffee filter or a cheese cloth .
Nothing is the only correct way and nothing is the wrong way here .
I'm using a French press to filter my coffee .
I'll pour the coffee from the jar to it and filter it .
The ground coffee which is left after the filter is a great natural tanel .
You can use it as a scrub if you want once it's filtered , pour it in a glass with some ice cubes in it .
You may add milk cream sugar or even water to dilute it .
If you think it's a bit too strong for you .
As I said , nothing is the only correct way and nothing is the wrong way .
It's your coffee , make it your way .
So guys , this is it cold brew coffee ?
