I got a coffee here in and she's coming here today to teach some of the stuff how to make coffee .
So , Ange , you wanna run through this , how to make it ?

Ok .
So we take our handle out and give it a wash , wipe out your handles .
So it's nice and clean .
Then we want about 22 g of coffee .
Then we make sure we smooth it around , fill out any gaps .
Then we need to tamp it , make sure it's nice and level , smooth off any grinds , put your handle in and push the button straight away .
So the coffee doesn't burn , pop your cup under .
Then we wait until it looks when it starts to run a bit watery , we turn it off so it's running a bit watery .
So we turned it off .
We get our milk jug .
Always get any milk or water out of your steam wand .
We want a , a it for about three seconds and try and get the milk going round in a well until it reaches about 63 degrees .
Turn it off , wipe your steam one straight away and then get any milk out of your wand again .
Then we pour our coffee and there's your coffee , take out your handle , get out your handle , give it a wipe and wash out your group head and there is your coffee .
