We are going to be making another tasty juice or milkshake .
Today , we're going to be making banana and avocado , milkshake or juice .
So onto my ingredients today , I'm going to be using this half avocado .
I'm going to use a ripe banana .
You should look for the one which has this brown blemishes .
This means it is ready and then I'm going to be needing some ice cubes to keep my juice or drink cold and sweet .
Then I'm going to need a glass of milk simply because I'm preparing a glass of milkshake .
So I'm going to scoop my avocado like that .
Then I'm going to need to cut it into smaller pieces so that I don't overwhelm my blender .
So once I've done so then I'm going to take this banana and peel it .
I'm just going to add them there like that .
So I'm going to add this fruit that is avocado and my banana into my blender like that .
Then I'm not using sugar because I'm , I'm using a bar .
But if you want to use sugar , it's OK .
You can just add , then I'm taking my two ice cubes have your two ice cubes like that .
It's not a must for you to use ice cubes .
Mind you then add a glass of milk and then going to start blending this .
So my juice is consistent and smooth .
So I'm going to serve it in my glass .
Let me show you you can see how smooth it is and it's very healthy .
You can even give it to your baby .
I've not added any sugar .
Oh , there you go .
I like my juice that thick .
It's very sound .
