Welcome to home cooking with me .

Today's recipe is a very exciting recipe .

It is a homemade Rasa Malai .

I've had many requests for this particular recipe .

So I decided to make this for you guys today .

Let's take a look for the er , the first step is to boil the milk .

Now , I've taken one liter of milk for this particular recipe .

So now you can see the milk is uh starter has started boiling .

I'm gonna squeeze the juice of one lemon to this .

You can see the milk has curdled just gonna quickly let it boil , turn off the stove and we're gonna strain this .

So I'm gonna use a Muslin cloth in a strainer and I'm just gonna strain this .

So you can see all the wa water has uh been strained .

Make sure you remove all the excess wa water .

It should be completely dry for the rub day .

I've taken 500 mil of milk .

So what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna heat the milk on low flame .

I'm gonna take some warm milk and add some saffron strands to it to this .

I'm gonna add half cup of sugar half teaspoon of carbon powder .

So just mix it gently till the sugar dissolves .

Make sure to keep it on low flame during the entire process .

I'm gonna turn off the stove and I'm just going to add the saffron milk .

Ok .

Now we're gonna make the sugar syrup for this .

I've taken two cups of water once the water comes to a boil , add one cup of sugar .

So the ratio is two cups of water and one cup of sugar .

I'm just gonna flavor the sugar syrup with a little carbon powder .

Just quarter teaspoon after the water boils for about five minutes , you can turn off the stove .

So I've turned off the stove .

I'm gonna transfer the sugar syrup into another bowl .

So I'm gonna need the chain to get the , so need it nicely .

So I'm just using half teaspoon of corn flour to help thin the binding process of the just gently mix it .

Now it's time making you better make sure to bind them .

Well , we need to soak the peta the sugar syrup for about 10 minutes have been soaking in the syrup for about 10 minutes now and I'm going to remove them from the sugar syrup and place them in the rub .

I'm gonna garnish it with a few sliced almonds , sliced pistachios .
