I love filming these because I eat every day and I try to do new recipes pretty often .

So it's always fun to do these videos .

I really want to get on the habit of doing them once a week .

I recently lost just about £33 and I'm on a little bit of a weight loss journey slash just like trying to recomposes position my body .

Ok .

Obviously , I want a smaller waist , a bigger butt toned arms toned back .

You know , I want it all , but we're working day by day .

Yeah , that's where I'm at and hopefully you guys will stick around for the journey .

So as you saw this morning , I made a pot of coffee I did like half a pot , had two cups of coffee and normally I leave the rest in there and then later on throughout the day , I'll pour more and just heat it up or I have a breakfast .

I am going down to the gym and I know I get so many questions from you guys about what I do in the gym .

And I'm actually filming separately a two week body um like challenge .

I guess it's more like a transformation challenge thing .

So that video will be coming very soon .

I'm on day six of it .

So not that much longer , only a week or so until you guys get to see that video and see what kind of changes can happen in just two weeks before I head down to the gym .

I need to have something to eat .

I tried it heating it up in the microwave for like 10 to 15 seconds , just warms it all up and it just tastes amazing .

The banana bread one heated up so good .

It is consistently good every single time they never disappoint .

I am fresh back from the gym .

I'm still very red and I had a really good workout .

Oh , my God .

My camera's dying .

Ok .

I need to switch out the battery but I had a really good workout .

It's about to make breakfast .

We're doing avocado toast again .

The same recipe that I shared in my last fitness vlog .

But I just , these are what I eat is get more views .

So I want more people to see this recipe because it's just that good .

If you saw the last one , I'm reinforcing it for you .

How much I genuinely look forward to eating this like every single day and I don't even like avocado that .

Ok .

I'm not like an avocado freak lover , but this recipe just does it for me .

So let me change my battery and then we'll get started with making it .

I'm so excited , right ?

Ingredients are super basic .

That's why I love this recipe too because it's honestly really cheap to make .

If you're gonna have it every single day , I like to have fresh bread .

You can do whatever kind of like base you want .

It could be wheat bread , it could be a bagel , bagel , thin English muffin , whatever you want to do .

I just like fresh bread like this .

So this one is Asiago cheese .

It's brand new .

I'm excited to try it .

I just , I just like having bread like this .

I would say my personal favorite is sour dough , but this one I'm sure will be delicious as well .

And then I spray the bread with a little bit of olive oil before I toast it .

So we'll have a little bit of that .

You need an avocado .

Of course , I use half of an avocado on my slice of toast .

This one is not quite ripe enough for my preference .

I like them when they're like just about to go bad .

But this is all I have .

So what we're gonna make do with what we got and then a cream cheese , we're gonna put cream cheese on the base of the bread .

I like this whipped chive one but I'm sure like a jalapeno cream cheese would be really good .

Plain cream cheese , vegetable cream cheese .

Any type of cream cheese will be delicious .

And then as for seasonings use some red pepper .

I like to put a little bit of on mine .

Give it a little extra spice and saltiness and then everything but the bagel which I'm running so low on as you can see , I need to check my pantry and see if I have another one of these .

But yeah , I need to go to Trader Joe's Asap because I probably have like one or two more uses .

Oh my God .

First of all , the avocado is not ready for consumption yet .

I'm really forcing it like I should have waited another day , but it's all good .

I got it all cut up .

It was just a little bit of a hassle .

I almost broke a nail because y'all know when avocado isn't ready .

It's hard .

Got it .

I topped it off with all of my stunning toppings .

I'm so excited to eat this .

I feel like this would be good .

Someone said with balsamic glaze on top , which sounds amazing .

I just don't have any .

So if you do have some options , a little add on the time lapse of me making that might have just been so chaotic because I couldn't cut the avocado and then I had to call my insurance company like super quick to get something settled and pay a bill .

So I had to do that while I was making it .

So there was a lot going on , but I'm excited to finally have my toast guys .

I kid you not .

This is literally like the best avocado toast ever .

I don't know what it is about the cream cheese , but it just completely changes my taste buds with avocado toast .

Like I normally would like only want avocado toast , maybe like once a month or like once every couple of weeks .

It wasn't something that I'm like , oh , I really want that .

You know , it wasn't like a craving for me but adding the cream cheese , it just literally like everything changed .

I don't know .

Now I'm like an avocado lover .

So try it out .

I'm gonna go eat this , work for a little bit shower and then I'll talk to you guys when it's time for lunch .

I put on some regular clothes while I shower too .

I didn't wash my hair .

So it's just like a sweaty mess .

Right now .

I have to put dry shampoo in it , but I'm realizing that it's getting closer and closer to the end of when I should be eating lunch .

So we're going to make something quick right now .

Lately I've been pretty busy and for the next couple of weeks I'm going to be pretty jam packed in my schedule during the daytime .

So I need quick meals for lunch , dinner and breakfast .

I can kind of like , I kind of have a little bit more time during dinner and breakfast , but during lunch , I just want something quick and easy .

Right .

Right now .

So this recipe is not even really a recipe .

It's just , it's really easy , but it's so good .

You guys know , I have an addiction recently to tomato soup .

I can't explain it , but I just can't stop eating it .

It's all I want and it's really easy .

So , if you're in a time crunch , this is the meal for you .

All right .

First thing I'm gonna do is turn the oven on , preheat to like 400 .

I already have a pan in here .

How pretty is this pan ?

You guys ?

I used it last night to make some pizza , so I just save it if I don't really like , dirty it up that much .

But how pretty is this ?

It's like a pale blue .

These are my favorite .

Just the little mini ones for lunch time .

So I'm just gonna use one of these .

All right .

My cats are playing with toys .

So if you hear them in the background , I'm sorry , but I'm just gonna take one of these , like I said , so as you can see , they're about this size good for one person .

And then sometimes I add butter .

But today I'm not going to , since I'm gonna add cheese , I'm just gonna take a little bit of mince garlic and we're gonna bake this in the oven for like eight minutes .

But I'm just taking a good amount of garlic because I love me some garlic bread and this is like a healthier way to make it .

And I'm just gonna spread the garlic all over the non and then once we put it in , we're gonna leave it in there for like five minutes and then I'll show you guys what we'll do after that .

All right .

And now we're on to the really hard part of this recipe .

Totally .

Kidding .

This is like literally the easiest part ever we're gonna pour some tomato soup into a little pot if you're looking for a good one .

Look no further .

The Pacific food , creamy tomato basil soup .

It is unmatched .

Literally the best tomato soup you will ever have .

They make a tomato soup with red pepper and yeah , the one with red pepper is equally as good .

Just feeling like the tomato basil today .

But I keep it on .

Oh , yeah , I have to turn the heat down .

I keep it on a really low heat .

You could put this in the microwave , but I just like to do it like this .

So not that much is good .

And then like I said , really low heat or else it will get way too hot .

But yeah , we just have to heat it up .

We're almost done with the recipe y'all .

All right .

So the bread has been in the oven for about five minutes and now I'm taking some of this thin sliced fresh mozzarella .

Make sure you get the fresh kinds .

It's more expensive , but it's so much better .

Tastes amazing .

And I'm just breaking up little pieces of the mozzarella .

This is hard to do with one hand and I'm just using like one slice .

You guys .

That's literally all you need .

Placing it over the bread like so and then I'm gonna put it back in the oven for another like 5 to 6 minutes until the cheese melts .

Just trust me .

It's like the best thing ever .

And then you can dip it into the tomato soup .

So b also with my lunch , I thought I would mention just in case you guys are curious as my drink of choice , I'm having water .

But I added some of this built boost into it .

I mentioned this in my last video .

I'm just loving it so much .

It's an energy boost .

It has 100% of 12 daily vitamins , natural ingredients , caffeine free and they just taste so good in water .

So I just mixed one of these in this one is the cool breeze flavor .

I really like the cool breeze , the red ruby , the tropical twist and the cloud nine .

Those are my favorites .

Yeah , I just alright and there we have it my quick and easy lunch .

I added croutons on top .

Sometimes I do croutons .

Sometimes I do feta .

Just kind of depends on what I have in my pantry slash fridge at the time .

But yeah , I dip the garlic bread into the tomato soup .

Have it on the side a little bit having it with my um cool breeze water and that's really it .

You guys .

It is so delicious and I love it because I can eat it like while I'm doing stuff on my computer , responding to emails and doing school work and stuff like that .

It just is a really easy quick meal .

Just trust me on the mozzarella non .

It is a game changer .

It's absolutely delicious .

Especially with the soup .

I'm literally tomato soup's biggest fan .

I thought the obsession would pass by now .

But oh baby , it hasn't .

Hi , guys .

I am currently in the process of making dinner .

As you saw , I just chopped up some broccoli .

I like to really roast my broccoli , kind of like almost burnt , low key .

So I put that in first , but we're making something a little bit different today .

It's like a buffalo chicken meatball .

I don't know , I don't know how this is gonna turn , but I have some ground chicken which I don't think I've ever purchased before .

So this should be interesting .

We're gonna see how it goes .

I've never made meatballs .

So it's all a learning process for me .

I'm actually using a recipe , so I'll leave it linked down below .

I think it's by the modern proper .

I forget what um who made the recipe ?

But I'll have it linked in the scripture box in case you want to try it out for yourselves .

It's a buffalo chicken meatball .

So I'm gonna do it , the meatball with a little bit of rice and some broccoli and it should be really good .

I'm so excited .

I finally finished up cleaning my place , finished up the work day .

All I have left is school for the day .

So I'm excited to just like , relax , watch some youtube and cook .

So I'm not gonna say too much of the instructions just because it's not my recipe .

But the first thing I have to do is dice up some tomato or not tomato , some onion and put it in the food processor , I think .

And then we'll go from there and then basically after that , you just like combine everything and put it in balls and then you bake it in the oven .

We're gonna see how this goes .

You guys , I'm excited though because y'all know I love buffalo chicken .

They are sizzling and they're very large .

Sorry if you hear my fridge .

It just makes random noises sometimes .

But she said that you could make 12 of them and I made 15 and they're still huge .

So keep that in mind maybe like do half of the recipe if you're just one person like myself because I don't know how I'm gonna go through all these meatballs .

But anyways , they are in there .

They have about 10 minutes left .

I have terrible news .

You guys , I burnt the broccoli a little bit too much , even for my liking .

This is just frozen asparagus from tri Joe's , all I'm gonna do is put it on a skillet with some olive oil and a little bit of salt and pepper for about like 10 minutes and it should be good .

I haven't made asparagus in a long time though .

So who knows I could fuck that up as well .

Um Over here this is the rice I'm gonna use .

I'm going the easy route tonight because I don't feel like waiting for regular rice to be done .

This is the 92nd coconut buzz matty rice .

I get this at Target .

You just put it in the microwave and it's so good like it actually tastes amazing .

As for the actual recipe you guys saw , I did like an egg ground chicken um onion yellow onion and then you have buffalo sauce .

I'm gonna add a little bit more of that on top bread crumbs .

And then for seasonings , I did a little bit different than what she said in the recipe .

So yeah , I did garlic powder onion powder , a little bit of onion salt and then I did a regular black pepper and some crushed red pepper for a little bit of spice .

So those are all the seasonings that I used .

This recipe is actually really easy .

The only thing that was kind of gross was like putting it all together in balls because I'm just like , I didn't like touching it .

It was kind of gross to me .

But other than that , it was really easy .

You just literally combine everything together .

So we have all that .

I'm gonna put all this stuff away .

I just did some dishes and then we're almost done gonna have a delicious dinner .

My camera is gonna die so I'm gonna talk quick but I plated everything .

I will let you guys know in a little bit after I eat it .

I think I will because like I said , I like everything that's going into it .

I love me some buffalo chicken .

So hopefully I like it .

I topped it off with a little bit of my boho farms ranch .

This is a really good low calorie ranch that doesn't taste low cow .

It's just made with yogurt if you guys are interested in one .

But here is the final results .

Look super yummy .

I'm excited to dig in because I am very hungry after a long day .

Although I have like literally a million meatballs .

If any of my friends are watching this come over have some because I have too many .

I had a really long day of just like school and work stuff , but the chicken meatballs were delicious .

I will definitely be making that recipe again .

It just like tweaked a little bit to my personal liking .

But overall it was really , really good .

I highly recommend trying out that recipe for something different in your normal , you know , eating routine .

Try it out and see if you like it .

I loved it with the rice and the asparagus just letting you guys know because I promised that I would update you guys on if I liked it or not .

I'm literally always in this sweatsuit as well .

It's just like a good around the house kind of see-through , but it's good for around the house because it's so soft and comfortable if you're wondering where it's from because I feel like I'm going to questions on it because I wear it 24 7 .
