Yoga for Beginners - Arm Balance Series - Bakasana - Episode 1

Hi , this is Basha founder of Yoga Ricksha School of Yoga .

We're going to take you into some beginner arm balances .

Trust me , people always think that arm balances are only for advanced practitioners of yoga , but it can be a very fun experience for beginners .

And we're going to take you through that .

It's very important that you prepare your body before you do an arsenal .

So one of our very simple risk form up is just going to be this room ready clockwise , 12 , 34 and five , reverse 1234 and final clasp your hands together , bring them close and then you're just gonna twirl it and release , shake it out , do some finger pumps to get those forearms nice and warm .

And so before we actually practice and do our very first arm balance , it's super important to do all these little drills .

So Chaa and Aang and a Musa are one of your best drills to get that arm into position .

So let's get into Chatur , I'll explain why right after this .

So into your six point .

So come into Plank Aang and a scar , the Chinese of chat .

If you look at us right now , watch how our chest is actually barely hovering above the floor , back , knees down to the floor .

Six points stands back into , we'll start in a position .

Make sure you push your knees out , using your elbows , get your hips down and chest up .
