I'm here with another tutorial and I'm gonna start breaking down certain steps .
So the first step we're gonna start with is gonna be the knee slide .
So make sure you have knee pads for this because you don't wanna hurt yourself .
Some people do it without their knee pads .
But if you're just practicing and you're new at it , do it with the knee pads so you don't hurt yourself .
So basic knee slide , we'll do both sides right leg .
You're gonna make sure you put your right hand down first .
Ok ?
Your right hand is gonna hold your weight .
So you don't hit your knees straight down to the floor .
678 one and put the leg down .
Come up , hit , try that one more time .
678 .
You're going one and two .
Perfect .
Now you could jump up or you could stay down .
Yeah , another way to do it .
It'll just be one .
This is holding up your weight , then the leg comes through and you stop .
Two .
Yeah .
Try one more time .
Let's do that version .
67 eight .
Go slide .
Stop good .
Now a lot of people do this and they go straight down to their knee and you're gonna hurt yourself if you do that , make sure you put your hand down first .
So think of it as if you're counting it .
Go one and yeah , the slide is the , and one is the hand .
So what , 67 , 81 and two , two , you put it down or you pop up on 25678 go one .
And uh let's do it the other way around .
Left hand down , left leg slide , left hand , left leg slide .
Stop .
Now , same thing popping up .
6781 and two .
Ok .
One more time .
567 eight .
Go one and two .
Ok .
One last time .
56781 and two .
All right guys .
That's the basic knee slide .
Keep doing it at home , keep working on it .
Make sure you have your knee pads on so you don't hurt yourself .
