So tonight , we have one new move I requested by one of you and then one move that we're just gonna kind of refresh from the pre previous video .
So we're gonna put them together and practice a little uh pattern .
Ok .
So this move is called the Coca Cola or 3 60 turns , whichever one you prefer and uh it starts with a cross spot inside turn .
So we do this , we go 12 3567 .
Ok .
So this is a cross lead and it's an inside turn because what I'm doing is I'm bringing her towards me and also what I'm doing is that as soon as I see her back , I put my right hand on her back and she pops her uh left arm up this for styling for the ladies .
Ok .
So let's look at that first part one more time .
So we go 123567 .
So you see when I put my hand on her back .
So watch out gentlemen , you gotta be uh sure that you're putting your hand on her back So you gotta watch where she is from here .
We're just going to switch places and you can do that uh traveling so you can be going this way or this way or you can just do it stationary in one place , right ?
So from here we're just gonna switch places .
So I'm gonna go 123 and on 567 , I'm gonna switch places one more time .
567 .
All right .
So it's kind of fast when you do it with music .
So let's put it all together .
12356712 56 step .
So it's a little bit like a ballroom move because we just like it , it feels like you're dancing on walls .
And what's important here is that both of you maintain that frame or that resistance .
So you're kind of like leaning back on each other and , and stay close because otherwise you're not gonna be able to make that move work .
All right .
One more .
12356712356 step .
All right .
So you have a cross body lead , put your hand on her back and then switch places twice in 18 count .
All right .
So the second move I'm gonna , uh , put a basic in between and we're gonna go 123567 .
So the second move starts as if you're starting a broken left , right .
But at the same time you're doing a cross body lead .
So watch this , we're gonna toss her hand 23 .
Remember that was from the broken left ?
Now we're gonna add a cross but each for the guide .
So we go 12 , toss , you can't see that .
But I'm basically switching and grabbing her wrist with my left hand .
So let's switch direction so they can see .
So we go 123 .
So by the count of three , I uh I step to the side so she can go straightforward and I'm holding her left wrist with my left hand .
I'm gonna give her an inside turn .
So towards me , I'm gonna go 567 right here on seven .
I'm checking her shoulder so she doesn't over rotate and by the count of seven , I've moved on the other side .
So I'm on her right shoulder .
So the next count , the next three counts , I'm I'm gonna go all the way around .
So we go 123 and then I'm gonna use this hand my right hand to turn it this way and 567 .
There you go .
Ladies , you noticed that Aaron is doing a little bit of styling there .
Let's uh look at that .
A 12 plus 567 .
So right here , ladies , as the guy pulls you slightly back , you're gonna go , you're gonna cross your right over your left and 123 and 567 , right ?
So when you do that , ladies , you can go 123 .
So you're crossing right over left and you can do a little arm styling here .
Ok .
So this second will begin at 12 task 5678123567 .
And guess what files we can do a hair come from here and 12 to finish .
567 .
So again , this is a little refresher from previous videos if you want to see that and both moves together with basics in between basic .
