Hello .
So I just got this pick up trainer in the post , Um , so let's open it and find out .
It comes with beautiful poster of all the poses that you can do .
So this is useful to do inversions , especially for beginners .
It's a great tool to use because it makes it so much easier to find balance .
Um , but also it's safe .
It avoids compression onto the head and obviously of the cervical vertebra .
Um , so it's a great way to learn your inversions , but it's also , um , a great way to experiment different variations of the legs ones upside down and also to be upside down for longer .
Because again , you don't have that compression of the head onto the floor .
It's safe for to for you to stay up a little bit longer .
Um , and there's also loads of other ideas of poses that you can do to strengthen the body and to stretch using the trainer .
So this is great .
And then it comes with , um , some more information about why the feet up trailer is good and some , um , social media links so you can find them on Instagram and Facebook .
And they have an instagram challenge A feet up challenge .
Um , where you can post your pictures on the feet up , and , uh , you can win one .
And then it comes with instructions .
Super easy to put together .
Um , took us about 10 minutes to do it .
Um , so let's have a look at it .
Yeah , and simple .
Again padded .
You have a comfortable support for your shoulders ?
Um , it's floor friendly , so it's non slippery onto the floor , and all you have to do really is put your head in and your feet up , so let's give it a go .
Once you have the head in , you can walk the fit in clothes and pike .
But if you don't have that axis yet , if the hamstrings are not open to do that yet , you still will have the feet further back .
You walk in as far close as you can , and then you take one knee into the chest .
You push through the hands and eventually lift both knees .
Now , here you can play rocking forwards and back defines a point of balance , and then when you have that balance , it will be possible to straighten the legs up .
And then here you can play with all the variations that you want , maybe staying upright or opening the legs going white .
Oops .
If you have the space , any variations that you want here and once you've had enough , you come down and you can rest into a child's pose here .
Mm .
So it's a great tool to have , especially if you are a beginner learning your own versions .
I would definitely recommend it because it gets you comfortable and confident going upside down .
It gets you used to being upside down as well .
Um , and then when you will try and do your inversions without it , it will be different .
You will be much more comfortable .
Um , so let's give it a go one more time can have different hand variations , can hold on to it down here , up here or eventually .
You can also not hold on to it anymore and just stay .
But that will be a little bit harder for the balance .
So right now there is no pressure at all onto my head .
It's into my shoulders , and it's fine for me to stay here for as long as I want .
And if you already are comfortable in your inversions .
You can use this to build extra strength so you could use it to do pikes up and down , working onto your abdominals .
And I love it for arm balances as well .
Just a bit a little bit extra challenge for your arm balances .
So I did loads of pictures with this , um , doing arm balancing positions .
And , um , you can see them on my INSTAGRAM account , so check them out for extra ideas .
But as I said , it comes with a poster and you have loads of ideas there already , so give it a go if you can , and I'm sure you all enjoy it .
