Look at these cutie pies , aren't they adorable ?
Don't you want to know how to make them ?
I mean , we all know that everything tastes better if it's made in a muffin cup and macaroni and cheese is no exception .
Perfect transportable deliciousness .
Let me show you how to make it .
I have one and a quarter cups of boiling milk in this pot .
And to that , I'm whisking in eight ounces of cream cheese .
Cream cheese has stabilizers in it and that's going to replace the normal root .
So this is actually an easier recipe for mac and cheese than your regular whisk till it dissolves it only six ingredients for this macaroni and cheese when your cream cheese is completely smooth and melted , add almost all of eight ounces of cheddar cheese .
Just saving about a quarter cup for the topping whisk till it melts when it's all melted and bubbly stir in eight ounces of cooked elbow macaroni .
You can use any kind of macaroni you want , but it should be a small kind because you want it to fit nicely in those muffin cups stir and it's done .
That was really easy .
Right .
That's it for the recipe .
You just want to season it with a little bit of salt and pepper .
But remember that cheese is pretty salty and cream cheese also has salt .
So don't overdo it and then you can scoop away .
I have a muffin tin that's been generously buttered and a half cup ice cream scoop .
Perfect for dividing the mac and cheese between the cups .
See , this recipe is not only super easy but it divides perfectly in 12 standard muffin tins very when it's all divided , Sprinkle the tops with a combination of a tablespoon of melted butter , a quarter cup of bread crumbs and a quarter cup of that cheese .
So it was eight ounces total .
So just take a quarter cup out to make the topping , get these cutie pies into a 350 degree oven until they're bubbling in golden brown .
About 20 minutes .
Look at these adorable guys .
You might need to run a pairing knife around the edge and you're definitely going to want to let them sit out for like 10 or 15 minutes at least before you try to take them out because you want them sort of congeal .
Sounds like a bad word , but you want them to congeal a little bit and if they get a little too cool , you can always reheat them .
They're super adorable .
The recipe couldn't be easier .
These couldn't be cuter and you're going to be the envy of everyone around you .
This your kids will love you too if you have kids .
I mean , seriously send this to school in the lunchbox .
