This year , the valley is going to be different because of the new normal , but that's not going to stop us from celebrating in this video .
I'm going to show you the recipe of delicious shahi vegetable biryani , which you can enjoy with your family and make a celebration special .
Let's get started for this recipe .
We need these vegetables to ensure that these vegetables are safe to consume .
I'm going to follow a recipe for protection with Cori protect fruit and Veggie Wash here at this bow .
I got some water at room temperature to this .
I'm going to add a cap full of goat fish to protect food and veggie wash , which is natural ingredient based .
Now let us sit for five minutes .
Gori protect food and Veggie wash does not contain alcohol , chlorine preservatives or so it effectively removes fungus , germs , bacteria , wax and dirt while retaining the goodness of the fruits and vegetables , keeping the fruits and vegetables healthy and safe .
After five minutes , rub the vegetables , discard this water and again wash them with fresh water .
Next , I'm going to follow the same for coriander and mint leaves .
Ok .
So the vegetables are ready .
Let's move to the recipe to marinate the vegetables to a bowl .
Add 3/4 cup curd or yogurt .
This is plain without sugar .
Two tablespoon of ginger garlic paste .
One green chili with a slit half teaspoon turmeric , two teaspoon red chili powder , 2 to 3 teaspoon mustard oil or regular oil .
Some salt as part give this a good mix using a whisk or a normal spoon , half cup peas .
I'm using the frozen ones , half cup chopped French beans , which I just washed some time back .
One cup cauliflower cut into big chunks , one medium-sized potato and the chopped coriander and mint leaves give this all a good mix .
Now let this sit for 10 to 15 minutes .
You can also keep it for 30 minutes here .
I've got 300 g basmati rice .
So this is before soaking .
If you have time soak it for 1 to 2 hours , it would reduce the cooking time of the rice .
However , you may use the rice without soaking , just wash and use heat a pan and add 2 to 3 teaspoon of oil drop and pan eight pieces .
This is 100 g per fry for 1 to 2 minutes and then keep aside to another pan or your handy .
Your began handy , add 4 to 5 tablespoon of oil and add two big sized sliced onions .
So the quantity looks more .
But as these would brown it would reduce .
You can see the quantity has reduced and this is perfect .
Now , lower the flame and add cera bay leaf , cinnamon , black cardamom star and black pepper close or long .
But I have these spon coriander powder , turmeric and green cardamom .
I'm using powder , but you can also use 2 to 3 pots of green cardamom .
Give this a mix for 10 to 15 seconds and drop in the marinated vegetables at this time , the flame should be high .
Now add one small size stray chopped tomato .
This is totally optional .
If you like it , you can add otherwise you can skip it .
Now cover this and between low to medium flame , let the vegetables cook for 5 to 7 minutes .
After that , you need to keep this vegetable pot on your other burner .
I'm using a single stove burner for the chute .
So I'm just keeping it aside .
Now heat water adds salt , black pepper and cloves and before it starts boiling , drop in the soaked rice .
Now keeping the flame medium , you need to let this rice boil .
Meanwhile , drop in the panel pieces to the vegetables and give it a stir .
So this is not kept on any stove .
It's just kept aside .
You can see the rice , it's almost done .
I mean 80% done slightly uncooked or undone .
And this is the time you need to just take it out and immediately put on your vegetables .
At this time , you can remove the extra cloves and black pepper corns .
Now add 1/4 cup of milk , mixed with a few strands of saffron , some water with rose essence or only rose water , some key .
And to give this Biryani dum , you need to put some dough and then place the lid , place this packed and sealed handy on the .
So your Tava should be on your gas dough and it should be at high flame for initial five minutes and then at low flame for next 20 minutes .
After that , you can remove the dough .
I mean , you can cut the dough and open the lid .
You can serve this Biryani with some Rita or buttermilk .
You need to take the pira out very carefully .
I prefer taking the spoon from sides towards the center and finally garnish the biryani with some fried almonds and cashews .
You can fry these in either oil or key .
