I grew taller in 7 days!! Here’s how I did it

Hello , everyone .

Welcome back to my channel and all of my short queens .

We're all in this together in this video .

I'm going to be trying to grow tall .

Yeah , I'm going to be trying a workout that is going to help you grow taller because I am tired of being short .

I'm tired of people asking me how is the weather down there ?

Like I will punch you in the face .

So anyways in this video , I'm going to be trying Olivia De Andrea stretches to grow one to two inches taller video and it has like 7.6 million views and judging by the amount of views she has in this video , I'm assuming that this workout does work because usually workout videos go viral only if it works .

So we're gonna give this video a try .

We're gonna see if this stretch routine actually works or not .

So I'm gonna be trying this workout for seven days straight .

So I'm gonna be doing this for seven days straight for an entire week and I'm gonna see how tall .

Do I grow ?

Does my height change or not ?

So this is day one of Nimes trying to get tall .

So let's do this because I need to get tall because I literally look like a 14 year old who's in a 20 year old's body .

So I want to change that .

So let's do that girl .

When I tell you , I almost broke my back trying to do this exercise or this stretch like Jesus , it is hard .

I am sort of scared to do that .

I know I'm not that old , but I feel like I'm gonna break my back if you're not flexible from the beginning , I feel like this workout will be a little difficult for some of us and don't worry , give it time and you will just grow into it .

I don't know who this girl thinks I am but I can do that .

This is how far I could go with my legs .

My legs would not just go any far .

I am just not liking this .

My self esteem has lowered after watching this girl , these stretches , boy , I feel so old .

Oh Hello .

You guys day one was so not good .

It was so not good because my body was just not moving like it should be or like this girl , but , but I'm trying my best not to like compare myself because I understand that everyone's different and she's probably like a gymnast or something .

So let's just hope I grow taller .

So it is day two of trying to get taller .

Honestly , I just finished journaling and trying to manifest and sort of explore my feelings and at this point , I really don't want to get tall , but I'm still gonna continue this for you guys so that you guys could see if this works or not and if you want to grow tall , you could or maybe I will change my mind .

Maybe tomorrow I'm going to grow taller again .

So anyways , that's why I'm going to keep doing it .

I also wanted to mention that your hyd really doesn't matter as long as your confidence and your personality is on point .

I don't think looks really matter .

I know we're always trying to fit into beauty standards of society , but I think it's time we do what makes us comfortable and happy .

So if you want to grow tall , you do you because you want that , but make sure you don't want it to fit into society's beauty standards because honey , it's 2022 .

We are breaking society's beauty standards .

It's time we stand for ourselves , short kings and short queens , we rock and at least we can see things closer because we are closer to the ground .

So let's just think of it that way .

Ok , guys , it is day three of trying to get taller .

So let's do this .

Most of the stretch routines or workout routines are very temporary if you don't stick to it .

So you can't really expect to do this for about seven days and be taller forever .

If you want permanent results or long lasting results , you have to be more consistent and do it for a longer period .

Of time , I have done stretch routines like this in order to grow taller before and to be honest , after a few weeks or a few days , I just went back to my initial height .

So the results aren't permanent if you don't continue to do it .

Now , are there any age restrictions to do this workout ?

Well , the answer is no , you could do this regardless of how old you are .

Now , you must have passed the age of growing taller .

But doing stretch routines like this will temporarily make you taller .

So usually after the age of 18 to 20 is the time where you usually stop growing taller .

But you can do stretch routines like this or workout routines .

Regardless of that by day five , I can definitely say that my body has gotten used to the stretch routine .

My body felt more flexible than when I first started .

And that's the thing I love about stretches .

Your body just feels relaxed , your muscles are loose and you feel very flexible , which is really good for your body , by the way .

And doing stretches aren't just for growing taller , but stretching on a daily basis can improve your posture .

Like tightening your muscles and strengthening can improve range of motion and prevent loss of range of motion .

It could decrease many health risks like back pain .

Oh my goodness .

OK , guys , we are literally six days in , I can tell you I'm definitely getting taller .

I am definitely getting taller , but we're gonna check the results in two days .

Yeah , tomorrow is the last day and then tomorrow we're going to check the results .

We're going to see how tall I grew .

So let's get into day six .

And all the reasons I've already mentioned before .

Stretching is actually really good to decrease muscle stiffness , increasing the range of motion .

It can also reduce your risk of injury .

It helps improve posture , like I said before .

And it also helps you manage your stress and reduces muscular tension and enhances mascular relaxation , which is something that we all really need .

And I really do use stretching as a form of getting rid of any stress or just to clear my mind while meditating .

Ok , guys .

So today is the last day of trying to get taller .

We have completed seven days .

That means tomorrow we will be able to see the results .

I'm super excited .

So let's just get day seven over with and I'm gonna go to sleep , I mean take a shower and then go to sleep .

Ah I'm gonna be the next candle Jenner .

I don't know if you guys could tell , but by the way that I'm stretching , you could see that my body has adapted to this stretch routine .

My body is way more flexible than when I first started and that is progress and that is just amazing .

So it is day eight and today's the day we're gonna see the results .

So without talking a lot , let's just get right into it .

So if you guys remember the beginning of this video , I did mark it on the wall .

So I'm just gonna measure it just like that now .

So , OK , this is the OK .

I made it a little darker .

This is what I started with and this is how tall I am because now we're just gonna check with this measuring tape .

How many centimeters or inches I grew tall ?

So 1.4 inches and 3.5 centimeters .

Ok .

So as you guys saw , I grew 1.4 inches tall .

Oh my God .

That is for , for seven days , I think that is amazing .

That is great .

And these stretches really did help .

So I understand why she has around 7.9 or 8 million views on that video because that workout stretch routine actually works , which is amazing for anyone who wants to like grow a little tall or very tall .

You could keep doing this workout stretch routine .

Why do I keep saying workout ?

You could follow the stretch routine for about a month or six months and see the progress .

If for seven days , I could get 1.4 inches .

I think if you do it for six months straight , imagine how tall you could be .

Oh my goodness .

That is just amazing .

But since I don't really want to be that tall , like honestly at this point , I'm really happy with my height because I do have a lot of other things to like manifest .

Um , but I would like to be tall .

So whenever I have the time to do this stretch routine , I will definitely do it or I might include this in my morning stretch routine .

Instead of doing the usual stretch routine , maybe I would do this because this stretch routine does not only just , you know , help you grow taller , but it's actually good for your muscles , your bones , basically just for your wellness , your health at the end of the day , it's still structuring .
