Everybody .
This is BT S Pro and today I'm going to be drawing Elsa from Frozen .
So as always , let's start off with the ball .
All right .
So we have our ball .
So now let's lay in our construction lines .
Yeah .
All right .
And of course , our eye line .
Cool .
All right .
And as usual , we'll come back in here .
Yeah .
What we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and start working on her jaw .
So where her eye is right here , we're gonna come in just a little bit and we're going to draw like that , then we're gonna come back up here to where the ball is right there and we're going to connect and we're gonna draw down her chin like that and we're going to reach the inside of the ball , at least on her chin line because this will be confusing for the mouth later on .
Ok .
So , uh let's see , let's go ahead and come back over here .
Now , this is kind of weird .
Um And sometimes Disney does , this is the ear is actually gonna line up with the mouth , right ?
So we're coming in about right there and kind of like what I just did with Jesse , the ears are kind of the same , but they're gonna come right back to this eyeline that if you do it like that , it's gonna come right back through there .
All right .
Let's go ahead and move on to Elsa's nose , else's nose and she kind of has a small nose .
So I'm going to lightly erase some of this line because it's kind of sketchy .
Hopefully you can still see it when I get done .
Ok .
So else's nose is going to be like this and then we're going to draw her nose like that .
She kind of has a little pug nose .
I guess that's a good description of it and her lips .
Um We just wanna come , we'll go ahead and go down and we'll work on her lips and we'll put a little smile on right there and we're going to very lightly draw in her mouth line .
And again , also has thin lips .
I'm gonna put a little smile on right there and then we can come about right here , I would say , yeah , and drawing her lips .
Yeah , and she kind of has her top lip , kind of just kind of goes straight across , ok ?
And now we're gonna draw in Elsa's eyes .
Now we're going to first start off with a bowl or kind of a ball with El's eyes , but we're not going to stay there same way on the other side .
So this one is more of an oval .
All right .
So we'll come back here .
We'll start about right there now .
Oh , her eyes are going to kind of come up a little bit and across , then back down to the other side and her bottom of her eye kind of does the same thing except it's a little bit kind of like this .
Yeah .
Ok .
Now , what we're gonna wanna do because right now that makes her look like she has a black eye , we're gonna erase some more since we kind of have that sheet , what we need to do is we're gonna come in here , it wouldn't go up and we're going to put an island that comes in about right there and also has eyelashes .
So everyone kind of do stylized a little bit in the same way on the bottom .
In fact , we need to thin this line down just a little bit and you're going to kind of just go in and out , make your little eyelashes and then we're going to come in here and we're going to add in her eye and her pupil was pretty big .
OK ?
And if you want to , you can add a little circle right there , which will become a highlight later on .
So , ok , I'm gonna go ahead and draw our other eye and it's kind of the same thing .
We're gonna start down here in the corner where the ball is and we're gonna kind of give her more of a human eye shape , then it comes up , cross and up and then down and then up again , I don't like that and pro fix that with the eyelash .
All right .
Race this part of the eye .
OK .
And come up off that line , we're gonna be kind of heavy toward the edge of the head like that .
So if you were to draw a triangle , it would be heavier to this side in the same way with her eyebrows , eyelashes .
I'm sorry , in the same way on the bottom and it was drawing her eye .
Alice and her pupil .
Now you'll see just a little bit of this over here in the corner .
Now , let's go ahead and add in our eyebrows .
So we're gonna wanna kind of rough them in as much as I love this movie in 3D .
I would have loved to have seen this hand drawn because if you go out and you look at the character sheets of Elsa and all the other characters , I just think they're phenomenal looking .
So as you can see that one lines up to the edge of the eye and this one kind of lines up it , it's kind of there .
So , OK , so that's the edge of the head there and you know , we're just gonna take that and just kind of bring it down a little bit .
OK .
All right .
Now that we got her head done , let's move into her body .
A little bit and she has a very long neck .
So we're gonna start about here and here .
Bring it down to there .
Same way back here .
All right .
And we just want to kind of come across onto her shoulders .
Mhm .
All right .
And to her chest .
Yeah .
Now Elsa is wearing and this one the , I guess you wanna call it the snow gown you can .
So let's go ahead and add in the gown .
Ok .
Ok .
Cool .
All right .
Um Right .
All right .
Uh Well , of course , now we need to add in her hair and we're going to do more on the gown in just a few minutes because there's a few more details that are not visible yet .
So we'll put those on there .
All right .
So let's start off with her hair .
Now , um from the nose come up to about here and let's go ahead and draw in .
Usually what I do is I like to draw in where I want the hair where her hairline is for the rest of her face .
All right .
And she has this really wispy hair .
So let's start off in the middle whenever you're drawing Elsa's hair .
I kind of like to think of maybe like snow , you know , it's very flowing .
So let's add in her ponytail and we're going to kind of just rough it in at first and then I go back in and fine tune it .
Pony tails are always interesting to draw .
Seems like that seems to me my , a lot right now is drawing characters with ponytails and you're just gonna do a little humps , then we'll come back in and we'll add like the detail of the hair inner twining each other , which is always interesting .
I need her and erase part of her neck line right here .
It's causing me a problem .
So I know if it's causing me a problem and people trying to watch it , I know it's gonna be causing y'all a problem .
And if you can get your lines flowing and again on the ear , if you want to , of course , give it the h a little modified .
So it kind of flows with the other lines .
All right , cool .
So um all right , and Elsa's gown , it's off the shoulder .
So we're going to kind of come right in here and remember we're working with the three dimensional character .
So you're gonna want your lines to follow like if they were actually going over the character and this bluish color material kind of comes across and goes up and then goes over and she has down here like a snowflake and as a barrette kind of a thing .
So I'll tell you I'm gonna move that down there to replace nothing .
So if you want to , you can just kind of make a simple one .
OK ?
Well , like I said , this is my in Elsa , I'm gonna do a little bit of shading um , especially on the eyes .
So I will see you all in just a few seconds .
Ok .
Well , here is my Elsa and I'm going to , um , hm , I'll sign it so .
Well , I hope you've enjoyed this drawing tutorial of Elsa and I plan to do her sister here very , very soon and see you all again real soon .
Yeah .
Yeah .
