Today's recipe is vegetable biryani .
Now , what is different about vegetable biryani kitchens of India , vegetable biryani masala mix .
The taste is absolutely incredible .
So I decided to share this with all of you .
Let's take a look at all the ingredients .
1.5 cups , parsi rice , two medium sized onions , cauliflower capsicum , one carrot , chopped two medium size tomatoes , chopped one medium sized potato skinned and cut up a few peas , half cup curd or yogurt .
A few beans cut into small pieces .
Some coriander leaves , mint leaves , green chili co spices .
I have cinnamon card and clough and also some salt , pour some .
But a tablespoon add the cinnamon , a few cloves and some cardamom add the onions .
First .
Green chili , you have to sort the onions till they are lightly brown and now just drop a le tomatoes .
This is the biryani masala mix .
I'm not using the entire masala packet since I'm just making for 1.5 cups of rice .
But if you're adding more rice , you can use the whole packet .
Next , add the potatoes , carrots , the beans , cauliflower .
Uh I'm gonna add the capsicum and the piece a little later because those vegetables don't need a lot of time to cook .
Now , I'm going to add the kitchens of India vegetable biryani masala mix , just mix it in nicely .
I must also mention that making vegetable biryani has become very easy and simple by using the biryani mix .
Just take a look at the vegetables .
You can see how beautifully the masala is blended with the vegetables and how nice it is .
Now , I'm going to add the capsicum and the peas and finally the coriander leaves and the mint leaves .
Once you've added all the vegetables , you add some salt .
So finally I'm adding the curd .
This is the yogurt mix it .
When I make biryani , the ratio of water and rice is one is to one .
So for 1.5 cups of rice , I'm gonna use 1.5 cups of water soaked the rice in water for about 40 minutes .
Now , so once the vegetables are cooked , I'm gonna add the rice and let it cook for about 10 minutes to the top .
The vegetables have been cooking for about 15 minutes .
Now , now I'm going to add the rice of uh drain the water gently , mix it , keep the flame in medium low and cook for about 10 minutes .
So I can feel the steam coming out and now I'm gonna place the weight , turn off the stove exactly after 10 minutes , you can see the rice is cooked beautifully .
The biryani is ready there .
