A typical Biryani is something that's made with long grain rice , but there are several variations to it .
And uh today I'm gonna show you a Biryani that's made with vermicelli .
So why wait , let's get salad and check out the recipe for the worm biryani .
First , I'm gonna cook the vegetables for the , take a at two tablespoons of ge add a piece of cinnamon bay leaf , three cloves , two cardamom to this .
I'm gonna add one large onion , finely chopped two green chilies , finely chopped .
The onions have turned to a nice golden brown color .
Now I'm gonna add one teaspoon of ginger garlic past to this .
Add two tomatoes finely chopped .
After sorting the tomatoes for about five minutes , add all the vegetables one by one , starting with one medium sized carrot , finely chopped a few beans , finely chopped , one medium sized potato cut into small pieces , water cup green peas , saute the vegetables for about two minutes .
Now I'm gonna add all the spice powders and season the vegetables .
Add one teaspoon of salt , put a teaspoon turret powder .
Next , add one teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder , one teaspoon coriander powder , one teaspoon of Biryani masala powder .
Mix everything together , salty , the vegetables for about five minutes in the masala .

I'm gonna add three for a cup of water .
Keep the flame on medium and close and cook the vegetables till they're completely done .
The vegetables are cooked to this .
I'm gonna add some chopped coriander leaves , a few mint leaves , mix everything .
Now that I've cooked the vegetables next , I'm gonna cook the vermicelli , take a pot , add enough water .
Once the water starts boiling , add one cup of vermin or this is roasted vermicelli that I'm using .
If you don't get roasted vermicelli , you can just dry , roast it till you get a nice golden brown color and then you can add it to the water , add quarter teaspoon of salt .
The is 90% cooked , strain it .
Transfer the cook to the after adding the wormily add one tablespoon of ge close and cook for about five minutes on medium flame .
Turn off the stove , the biryani is ready .
Serve it hot .
