Today , Mamina Yasmin will show you how to make prawns biryani .
From her recipes take 500 g of prawns , slid the back of each prawn and remove the wain .
Add one teaspoon salt , one teaspoon turmeric powder mix well and leave this for about half an hour .
Meanwhile to a frying pan , add oil for frying when the oil is hot .
Add four onions , sliced fry till golden brown .
Keep these fried onions aside .
After half an hour , wash the prawns thoroughly drain the excess water .
Add one teaspoon ginger garlic paste , half teaspoon red chili powder , half teaspoon spices or grand masala powder .
Keep this aside for about half an hour .
Soak 7 50 g of basmati rice for about half an hour in a separate pan .
Add four tablespoons of oil , 1.5 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste .
Stir for 15 seconds .
Add one teaspoon turmeric powder .
Add the marinated prawns , a two teaspoon salt , two teaspoons red chili powder , half teaspoon spices of gar masala powder , six whole green chilies , crushed stir fry for five minutes .
A 2.5 teacup whipped curd are a handful of mint leaves .
Handful of chopped coriander mix .
Well , close the lid .
Cook on medium flame for about two minutes and simmer till the prawns get tender and the gravy dries up .
Meanwhile , to another pan , add 2.5 liters of water .
One teaspoon cumin seeds are 02 black cloves , two slit cardamoms , three pieces of star anise , two small sticks of cinnamon , two bay leaves , 3.5 teaspoons of salt .
A handful of chopped coriander , a handful of mint leaves when the water comes to boil , add soaked and drained rice .
Stir at times semi cook the rice and drain the water going back to the gravy .
When the prawns get tender and the water dries up , switch off the flame .
Add 3/4 of the fried onions , leave the remaining fried onions for garnishing .
Remove half of the drained rice from the pan layer .
The remaining rice at the bottom lay the prawns gravy layer .
The rice which we have kept aside , add a handful of mint leaves , a handful of chopped coriander , soak few strands of saffron and half a cup of milk .
Spread this milk over the rice layer .
Add one tablespoon clarified butter or pure , add the remaining fried onions .
Close the lid , cook on medium flame for about two minutes , simmer for about five minutes .
Keep changing the position of the sauce pan .
When the rice gets tender , switch off the flame , prawns Biryani is ready serve with the Thank you for watching this video .
