This is cooking with doug and today I am going to make some Velveeta shell and cheese , macaroni and cheese in my power pressure cooker .
This is super lazy , but I always wondered what would happen if I did it .
I think it'll come out fine .
I'm gonna add some sharp cheese .
You know , you guys know , I love me some sharp cheese .
I'm gonna add some sharp cheese to this .
But what I wanna do is measure the noodles and put the same amount of water in there .
Um , as noodles .
So let me go ahead and do that .
Take out the cheese pouch .
Yeah , that's right around two cups , put a little oil in there , whatever oil you want just a little bit and just go ahead and mix it up a little bit , mix it up just a little bit .
OK ?
So let's go ahead and put my settings on .
I'm gonna put it on pasta or rice or whatever and that says six minutes .
So we'll do six minutes .
Well , the instructions are pretty straightforward .

Let's add our cheese , my , my um sharp first and guys , you don't have to do this part .
You know , this is , you know , I , I always go extra as some of my own .
Um And now I'm just gonna add a packet of cheese , squeeze that in there , all that in there .
So I like the Velveeta um macaroni and cheese .
You don't have to add any milk or anything , any butter or nothing .
Just add it all .
Just add the cheese in there and that's it .
And I just mix it around and , and then I'm just gonna put , I'm gonna put it on , keep warm and let it marinate for a little bit , you know , it was too hard .
So we'll mix it up a little bit and I'll be back , you know , I can't just leave things alone .
I add some black pepper to it , you know , I always gotta add something to it .
But yeah , this is a , this , this works out well , guys , this is perfect and I'm just gonna let it , I'm gonna keep it on , keep warm for about five more minutes , put the top back on and um yeah , you should be good to go see , keep warm .
I'm putting a little count down there and I'll be back in for and change .

And as you can see , nothing stuck to the pot and now we're gonna go ahead and have some .

One pot didn't have to drain nothing .
This is , this is pretty good .
Now , it's not better than homemade macaroni and cheese .
But for the box and for the time it took perfect .
