Today's video is a brutal routine for beginners .
Now I get tonnes of questions and emails , and now instant messages and Facebook messages from people asking Lance , you give out so much information .
But how do I begin to put it all into a routine ?
Where do I start ?
For many people , you are new to growing taller .
It's gonna be hard enough to get the money for foods and equipment .
Never mind the programme .
So as a very general routine for helping you encourage a growth spirit , I have created this basic programme number one , Assuming you work the normal 9 to 5 job , I want you to go bed Sunday to Thursday nights at no later than 10 p.m. and wake up at 6 a.m. on the weekends .
I understand that people like to go to bed later , so try and go to bed between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. in the morning morning on a Friday and Saturday night .
Just ensure whatever time you do go to bed that you do get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep .
So , for example , if you do go to bed at the latest time , I recommend on a Friday or Saturday at 2 a.m. in the morning .
I know I'm doing this with my hands .
It's because to me , the clock face is here .
So if you see me do this or this , that's because I'm looking at a clock face here .
Anyway , if you do go to bed and the latest time of 2 a.m. which is two o'clock in the morning , then the latest time you need to get up is 12 o'clock in the day , which is 10 hours .
Sleep number two , as you won't have much time in the morning .
What I recommend is that within one hour of waking up , you do the 12 minutes hanging and stretching routine from my previous video , which is called .
Do This for 12 minutes to grow taller , and I will leave a link in the description box below number three calories .
When it comes down to calories and your height , I would rather you have more than the amount of calories that you need , rather than not enough .
Chances are if you're going through a growth spurt and you don't have enough calories , then your height is going to suffer and you probably won't reach your maximum potential as a very rough guide for a person that doesn't particularly have a very active lifestyle , I would recommend at least 2100 calories and , if you're female 1650 calories as a minimum at this point in your grow taller journey , don't worry too much about what foods and supplements you should be having , although as a good starting point , check out my video drink this daily to grow taller , and I'll leave that in the description box below .
That cocktail alone will give you 1200 calories , so there is no excuse not to hit your daily calorie minimums .
Number four water .
Now you need to keep your body in an optimal state of hydration .
So if we go by the one US gallon , which is 3.76 litres of water per day , then for every hour that you're awake , you should be having 236 millilitres of water .
It may not always be convenient to keep topping this glass up every hour with 236 millilitres of water , so consider perhaps buying a gallon jug and marking off with marker pen at what time you should be at that particular point .
Or maybe you could get 22 litre bottles and do the same .
Number five .
Your evening routine .
Now I'd recommend doing your evening routine before you have any dinner or tea as you'll have a bit more time in the evening .
I think what I would like you to do is the 27 minute version of the how to Grow taller in just the legs .

So just to summarise one ensure you get eight hours .
Sleep Sunday to Thursday and 8 to 10 hours .
Sleep Friday and Saturday .
Two .
Perform the 12 minute hanging and stretching routine .
Three .
Make sure you're getting enough calories .
Four .
Drink one US gallon or 3.76 litres of water periodically throughout the day , and number five .
Perform your 27 minute leg routine before your evening meal .
