Now , I'm sure we all love and enjoy having Biryani be it veg or non veg .
Today .
I'm gonna show you one recipe that's chickpeas , biryani .
OK .
Chickpeas .
Does it sound boring ?
Trust me .
It's very , very tasty .
Let's take a look at the ingredients .
Take about one tablespoon of oil and two tablespoons of g .
So just add the whole spices , they leave cinnamon , pure garlic .
And uh if you can also add taran , if you have add the onion .
So salty onions still there about golden color .
So while the onions are getting sauted now , we need to grind this paste , coriander , mint green chili garlic shallots and coconut .
We need to grind all this together and make a nice fine fish .
Once the onions are golden in color , add the ginger garlic paste , one teaspoon next out the ground .
Let's add the tomatoes .
Just start it for a couple of minutes .
About 3 to 4 minutes till the raw smell of the masala goes and then you can add the chick next .
Add a teaspoon of chili powder .
One teaspoon of grand masala and enough sauce to taste , just mix it all in once you've added the spice powders and the chickpeas .
So you can see this lovely aromatic masala that's coating the chickpeas beautifully .
So just let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes just for the masala to uh actually blend in along with the chickpeas .
And then finally add the rice .
Let's add the rice .
Finally add the coconut milk , two glasses of coconut milk and about 1.5 glasses of water .
So now you can close it and cook it for about 2 to 3 dishes .
The chickpeas biryani is ready to be served .
You can serve it with some nice onion Rita or with any vegetable kma or chicken K of your choice .
Serve it hot and enjoy it with your family .
