Today in our hut , we are going to make egg biryani .
Egg biryani is a unique recipe because it features the same flavorful rice as chicken or mutton Brian , but can be made very quickly because it does not involve any marination of meat .
So for best Bii , we are going to make fresh masala powder in a blender , add one mace , one star , one in cinnamon stick , 10 to 15 in black pepper , three green caramel pretty close and one teaspoon of cumin seeds and grind it to a fine powder .
Now Biyani powder is ready .
You can add the spices directly , but many of us don't like biting into the spices when we taste our Biyani .
So I'm going to use this powder now in a heavy bottom pan heat , three tablespoons of oil , add two bay leaves , add the freshly grown masala powder and sort it for a few seconds .
We don't have to roast it longer and we don't want to burn them .
Now to this , add one sliced onion , add the recorded salt and saute till the onions are nicely browned for Biyani .
We need to brown the onions or you can also use fried onion .
The onions are nicely brown .
Now to this , add one tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste .
And after the ramel of ginger and garlic is gone , add for green chilies .
Now let's add the masala , add half teaspoon of turmeric powder , one teaspoon of red chili powder .
If you want the Biyani to be extra spicy , you can add some more chili powder , add some cashews , some coriander leaves , some mint leaves .
That's it .
And also and half cup of yogurt makes it well .
Now let's add water .
So for two cups of smoothie rice , add three cups of water .
Add the basmati rice which has been soaked for at least half an hour .
Drain the water completely .
Give it a good mix place you need to cover and cook till all the water has been observed by the rice .
Meanwhile , let's see , the eggs , cut some boiled eggs .
Today .
I have taken eight eggs now to season heat .
One tablespoon of oil and half teaspoon of turmeric powder .
One teaspoon of cumin powder , one teaspoon of chili powder , one teaspoon of coriander powder , add some salt and mix it once and place the x and cook it for two minutes .
Now , flip the eggs to the other side and cook it for one more minute .
Since the eggs are already cooked , we don't need to cook longer .
Now our eggs are well seasoned .
Let's take them out once all the water has been observed by the rice turn down the heat too low and one tablespoon of g or clarified butter , two tablespoons of saffron milk to get a nice color .
And also add the seasoned eggs , cover it again and cook for five more minutes on a low heat .
