She was working in a bar .
I was working at a restaurant and we decided to go for it .
Table two is I didn't want to waste my experience in fine dining .
So we brought it here .
We got a pulled pork sandwich on our house and the on a chip .
I try to make everything as close to as possible .
Pick up .
My favorite is the macaroni and cheese .
The signature dish here made with Pancetta , Pancetta , Italian bacon .
I love pancetta so much .
My middle name should have been Pancetta .
Don't be shy with that .
Can I just kind of roll it out ?
But my mouth is actually watering .
I'm gonna saut in it .
A little bit of oil to help it to do its thing .
So , how long's that gonna cook down ?
Nice and crispy .
And I add some heavy cream right into the fat .
Here at Paul's Diet Center , we serve it with a healthy strawberry salad though .

That's kind of like anchoring the Queen Mary with a paper clip .

This is just shredded cheddar and Monterey .

Dude , you stir this or anything and then I add more cheese .
That's a four cheese blend , Apar and provolone .
We're here in the fondue heaven .
You know , I add the Titi noodles .

You got issues .

A little more , more cheese and just top it off with some dives and cracked pepper .
You sure we're done because I mean we got the rest of the day .
