As an added advantage , this drink is going to reduce your water weight while you sleep before preparing the drink .

The first main ingredient is banana .
Bananas are rich in magnesium , potassium , vitamin B six and vitamin A magnesium and potassium are very essential for the proper functioning of muscles and nervous system .
It regulates the nervous system thus reducing the stress and anxiety and also lowers the blood pressure .
We all know that the hormone melatonin is very important for the sleeping pattern and having bananas regularly will control the melatonin levels in the pinal glands of the brain which will lead to a good sleep .
Our next ingredient is going to be cinnamon .
If you search for weight loss recipes , most of the recipes will have cinnamon , cinnamon , not only helps in weight loss , it improves insulin function and regulates blood sugar level as because cinnamon is controlling your glucose level .
It ultimately leads to weight loss .
Our next ingredient is going to be cardamom .
Cardamom helps you in many ways .
It has antioxidant and antibiotic qualities .
Drinking cardamom tea or cardamom water will help in digestion .
And most importantly , it is the best home remedy for urinary tract infections .
You can add some three or four crushed cardamoms in two liters of water and boil it , drinking this water for the whole day will help you on reducing the urinary tract infections .
Coming to the recipe .
Take a small size banana .
Any variety of banana is fine , you have to cut the edges .
If your banana is little big , just use half .
Now take around 2.5 glass of water in a pan .
Do this add one crushed cardamom , the banana and half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder .
If you don't have cinnamon powder , you can use a small piece of cinnamon .
Bring this to a boil .
We have used 2.5 cups of water .
We are going to reduce this to one cup .
You can see that this has reduced , it is almost one cup .
Now let this cool down completely and once it cools down , you can transfer this into a cup .
You have to drink this one hour before bed and most importantly , you have to eat the banana along with the skin .
Don't worry , this will taste so , so good drinking and eating .
This will give you a good sleep .
And as an added advantage , you're going to lose your water weight .
