Use your abs to lift them to your face until your toes touch the headboard of your bed .

Slowly lower your legs back to the bed .

Be mindful not to let your lower back arch up from the mattress , then as if you're knitting your ribs together , pull your belly button toward your spine .

Repeat this 10 times and complete three sets with a 32nd rest in between sets .

You can even do push ups , lie on your stomach with your head near the edge of the bed .

Place your hands on the floor in a handstand position just like you would for a regular push up , lower yourself until your head is between your hands .

And don't arch your back .

Do this 10 times rest for 30 seconds and then repeat three times .
