When I say amazing , just trust and believe we're making the most amazing seafood mac recipe .

Alright guys to begin .
I will have all the ingredients , all the measurement down below for you guys as usual .
But today honey , we have a lot of ingredients .
I won't be able to tell you guys all , but they will be down below .
So check that out .
Alright guys to begin .
I am going to start by boiling my pasta to boil the pasta .
I have a pot full of water .
I am going to season it with about a tablespoon of chicken .
That way the pasta can be nice and flavorful .
Once the water comes to a boil , you're going to add in your pasta , give it a stir , cover it and allow it to cook .
Now , you can also follow the instruction on the box of the pasta .
If you want to know how long you should cook your pasta .
Once my pasta is ready , I am going to drain the hot water and pour some cold water to it .
That way the pasta doesn't continue to cook .
Now , moving on .
I am going to start by seasoning my shrimp .
I am going to mix all of those dry seasonings together .
Then we're going to Sprinkle about a tablespoon of oil to the shrimp .
Then we're going to Sprinkle the seasoning on there .
Make sure your shrimp doesn't have any water .
I did not notice that until now .
Ok .
So we're going to give that a quick stir just like .
So once we're done , we're going to set it aside .
Moving on to the crabs .
Ok .
Moving on , we're going to season our crabs .
I am using crab claws for today's recipe to season .
I'm using the exact same seasoning I use for the shrimp .
So we're going to Sprinkle the seasoning on there very lightly .
And also these are cooked crabs .
So we're going to stir it gently because you don't want to smush the crab too much .
Now , we're going to start by cooking the shrimp .
I am going to melt about two tablespoons of butter once that is melted , I am going to place my shrimp right in now to cook the shrimp .
It doesn't really take a long time .
I am going to cook them for about 30 seconds because I don't want to overcook the shrimp .
Keep in mind we're going to add this to our mac and cheese to cook it in the oven for another , you know , 25 minutes .
So keep that in mind .
Now , once my 30 seconds is up , you're going to flip it over and allow the other side to cook .
All right , once I am done , I am going to remove the shrimp , set them aside to the same pot .
I am going to add about one tablespoon of the butter in once that is melted , I am going to add my onions .
The onions are nicely chopped .
They're fine because I just want a nice oniony flavor .
You don't wanna bite into big chunks of onions in your mac and cheese .
You can even add some chocolates or you can add some yellow onions in there , not yellow red onions in there as well .
Once your onions are nice and translucent , you are going to add your mince garlic .
I like to add a lot of garlic to any type of food I'm making .
I just love the flavor .
Once my garlic started to fragrance , I am going to add in the flour .
We're going to cook the flour for about 30 seconds to a minute just to make sure we cook the raw flour taste .
Now we're going to add in our whole milk .
You can even use some half and half or even evaporated milk and no , it's not going to make it sweet if any of you guys probably thinking that I've made mac and cheese with evaporated milk before it just make it nice and creamy just like how you will want it .
So keep stirring as you adding in the milk and once you're done I'll show you guys what to do next .
Alright .
My favorite part we're going to season this from head to toe , ok ?
Because we don't eat bland food over here .
We eat well seasoned over season food here .
So now once you add your seasoning , you are going to add in some sour cream .
Like I said , we're looking for creaminess .
So we're going to add that sour cream in .
It's going to give it a nice creamy rich flavor .
So keep stirring that , of course , on medium low heat right now , it's time for me to add the cheese .
I am using a combination of four cheeses .
I believe I'm using mozzarella .
I'm using yellow cheddar four Mexican cheese .
I am also using some Kobe Jack cheese , but of course , you can use whatever cheese that you do like in your mac and cheese .
Ok .
Now you're going to give that a stir like I said , keep cooking this on medium low heat because at this point you just wanna melt the cheese .
Now the cheese is nice .
Now , the cheese sauce is nice and cheesy and creamy just how we like it .
Now , moving on to a separate bowl .
Ok ?
I am going to pour in my pasta .
Next , I am going to be adding in my crab .
Keep in mind this is cooked crab .
I have to keep repeating myself .
So now I am going to be adding in some of those shrimp in as well .
I'm cutting them into bite size .
So , yeah , OK .
We're going to pour that in and also we'll be adding in our cheese sauce .
Just pour that in there .
Now why I didn't mix , you know , the pasta in the pot because I didn't wanna overcook the crab and the shrimp because you know , it's best to do it in a bowl instead of mixing it in a pot .
Now , I'm going to carefully mix them together because you don't want to over mix the crab too , too much , so carefully , just mix them together .
Now , I'm going to pour half of the mac and cheese into a bacon dish .
I'm going to cover it with some of the cheese .
OK ?
Just cover that with a layer of cheese .
And also I have some cheese sauce that I am going to be adding on top as well , just like so .
Mhm .
And next I am going to add in the remaining of the mac and cheese and we are going to cover this with another layer of cheese .
This is going to be so cheesy , so creamy and just so amazingly delicious .
OK ?
Just cover it with lots and lots of cheese .
And also I am going to be adding in some um what do you call it some paprika for a nice color .
And also I'll be adding some dry parsley just to gar to make it look , you know , nice and pretty .
And also I will be adding some shrimp on top of it .
Yes , I know the shrimp will be overcooked , especially if it's on top of the mac and cheese .
I just do it for the presentation .
All right , we're going to place this in the oven for about 25 minutes on 3 50 .
Once you're done , here's what you have .
