Have you ever had the desire to be taller ?
Well , now the possibility could be yours .
What's up Home Slice Lucas here in this video , I'm going to share with you 25 ways to instantly get taller .
But you gotta focus .
Number one , fixing poor upper neck and head posture that so many of us chronically have this atrocious posture .
Also known as text neck is usually developed by years of texting or scrolling through pointless dance videos on one's phone or others screen by correcting this posture with some simple stretches and strengthening exercises as seen in this video .
One can gain anywhere from one to even in some cases five inches of height .

See my posture fixing video link in the description , maybe you've maximized your upper head and neck posture .
But have you taken a look at your mid and lower back posture when the muscles become imbalanced around the spine and the spine is not sitting , how it's supposed to be .
You may be losing height .
Now , surprisingly , you can immediately gain a little bit of height by addressing and fixing these problems to the best of your ability just by standing up straighter or trying a quick stretcher too .
But usually for the best results , stretching the tight muscles and strengthening the loose muscles over time will help get you into the posture you're supposed to be in to maximize your height .
Oh , this is all good , you say ?
Well , have you checked your feet ?
Yes , you might be walking around up to an inch shorter than you should be because of your feet .
A lot of the times our feet will get lazy and we will end up with our feet being flat , losing our natural arch .
More importantly , affecting height is when due to being lazy , our ankles roll inward over our feet on the inside , collapsing the feet inwards .
A lot of us stand around like this without even knowing it .
But what you can do is instantly bring your legs over your feet , gaining your height back and then training yourself to walk around like this as you should instantly increasing your height and keeping it over time .
Next , a posture fix that is somewhat an illusion that can make one appear significantly taller and that is fixing poor shoulder posture .
Most of the times our shoulders are rolled forward due to tight pectoralis muscles and weak back muscles .
If you can roll your shoulders backwards , opening up the chest and making yourself appear slightly wider , you can unlock bounds of perceived height due to the natural width to height ratio that exists in nature .
Now , with all of these postural enhancements , don't forget probably the most important one to pulling off the taller look immediately and that is relax .
Don't walk around looking too stiff with your new posture .
The state of being relaxed will subconsciously communicate to others brains that you are anywhere between 1 to 12 inches taller in their minds .
Ok .
Maybe not 12 inches .
But who knows ?
The subconscious is extremely powerful .
How about something effortless to gain height ?
Try sleeping .
If you can sleep , a healthy amount of time when you wake up , you will usually be at your tallest over the course of the day .
Your cartilage , et cetera , it's slightly compressed .
When you sleep , it decompresses and rehydrates and goes back to its normal size .
And that is why when you wake up in the morning , you will be instantly taller than you were the night before .
Now , I am mentioning sleep again here because this time , I'm not just talking about general sleep .
I'm talking about good sleep , a solid 6 to 8 hours of quality sleep can make all the difference when it comes to appearing taller when you are tired and chronically exhausted .
Not only are all of those postural problems we talked about earlier , more probable , but you also have this overall tired slouch .
Look when you are refreshed , you will appear taller to your peers and even yourself in the mirror .
So get some good quality sleep and instantly appear taller .
Want to talk about that instant real height some more .
Well , you can get some extra height by doing simple decompression .
One popular method .
And in a video I recently did was by inversion if you are healthy and clear by a physician to do this , hanging upside down , even just on a 45 degree angle for 1 to 5 minutes can help you gain some instant temporary height .
Now , what if you did this every day with that temporary height become permanent ?

Don't want to bother with all that equipment where you can do something a lot similar and get similar results just hanging from a pull up bar tree branch , et cetera and allowing everything beneath to relax stretch and decompress .
Just this simple act can lead to a temporary instant height increase a try .
It's really cool how this works .
This next one is an umbrella that includes all other methods for getting some decompression that can provide you with a temporary instant height increase from simple lower back stretches to using a table .
See the link in the description for more information on these exercises , height increases that you can keep with you for the day by finding shoes with thicker soles .
Check out the difference .
If I wear these shoes over these , I could be almost an inch taller How about those subtle shoe inserts from inserts that may actually be good for your feet to inserts to bump up your heels .
So you're essentially walking around in your shoes like high heels .
But without anyone noticing , you can gain anywhere from a half a centimeter in height to maybe a few inches .
Wow .
Another way to be instantly taller is spike up your hair .
If pulled off correctly , your hair can give the illusion that your head is actually that tall .
Why do you think I push my hair up so I can look like a freak ?
No , so I can be taller .
Don't have hair .
Well , you can use a hat , don't push the hat on all the way , leave a little space between your head and the head .
When you put it on , that little gap will make the hat sit taller , making you look instantly taller .
This next one is a little more technical and might require a little bit of strategy , finding higher ground , finding the location of that surface that is on the higher part of that angle will give you the appearance of being instantly taller .
Now , this may seem like something that is much of a hassle , but with practice over time , the arc of finding higher ground will be swift and unnoticed , popping up onto that curb , swindling your way up that slope like a height increasing ninja finding higher ground to appear taller will be ingrained in the very dwelling of your being .
How about wearing shorter shorts , wearing shorter shorts will make your legs appear longer , which will make you appear instantly taller .
Maybe try wearing a tie , more fitting shirt , wearing a tighter shirt will make you appear larger , which will make you appear taller .
How about actually getting bigger , putting on muscle by putting on muscle , some by appearing wider , may actually appear taller .
Now , this does vary depending on body type .
But for most , by putting on muscle , you can subconsciously appear taller to others .
Maybe you already have muscle .
You just need to get a little leaner to show it .
By getting leaner .
You can appear more muscular , which can subconsciously make you appear instantly taller to others .
Get a quick pump before seeing your friends .
I know this sounds like the most chad thing you could possibly do and it kind of is , but by getting a quick pump , your muscles can appear here bigger , subconsciously making you appear taller .
Speaking of friends , how about just getting shorter friends ?
Boom , instantly appearing taller .
Ok .
You couldn't get shorter friends .
Well , how about just out a your friends when taking a picture ?
Nobody remembers the moment .
Nowadays .
Anyways , we're all deep in our phones .
So when they're looking back at those pictures , you took , they'll see the pitchers where you out ale them making you appear much taller and they will perceive you as instantly taller .
Can't strategically out ale your friends wait until the moment before the photo and then immediately stand on the toes assuming the photo will not include the feet .
This captured memory will portray you being instantly taller .
This next one , yes , I had to mention it because it is an option Photoshop .
Remember if you go this route , there's no turning back and take it from me .
Small changes make a big difference .
If you do too much , it's just going to look weird .
This next one , know your height requires you to know what parts of your body are taller than the others .
Now , if you are shorter , but you tend to have a taller torso , then when conversing with peers , if you want to appear taller , do so from a sitting position , say you have an average or even short torso but want to appear taller from a sitting position , try growing your booty sitting on a bigger butt will make you sit higher , which will make you appear taller and finally to instantly appear taller .
Probably the best advice is think taller , thoughts or confidence , not necessarily over cocky confidence , but a confidence that says I am ok with the way that I am accepting yourself , regardless of your height will make you appear absolutely the tallest possible .
I am not just saying that trust me , almost everybody else is not comfortable with the way they are .
That is unfortunately the fabric of society we are in right now .
So by being comfortable with yourself and thinking tall , confident thoughts , you will instantly appear taller at the end of the day .
It's not how tall you are on the outside , it's how tall you are on the INS .
Ok .
I'm sorry .
That's just cliche .
But no , seriously , I made a video on the reasons .
It's actually a good thing to be short .
You actually have some serious advantage , tactically , physically , mentally check that video out if you're interested .
But it is always a good idea to have good posture and to be in a good mental state .
