How To Get A Longer Neck - Stretches For Good Posture & Neck Pain

Hope you guys are doing all really , really well .

Today I am going to be doing a requested video on how to get a longer neck .

And this is also gonna double as a good posture video .

So you're looking for a video that can give you a longer neck and some good stretches for that .

This is the video .

So I hope you guys enjoy it and let's get to it first come to a comfortable sitting position so you can crisscross , you can have your life like this , you can have them straightforward or you can have them in butterfly doesn't matter .

I'm going to have them in criss cross .

And what we're going to do is we're going to do a series of kind of pushing our shoulders down , kind of elongating our neck up and the stomach is gonna be tight in the whole time .

This is also good for your abs .

So what we're gonna be doing is holding for five down and we're gonna come for some shoulder rolls , five of them and then doing this again three times .

Then we're going to add in some arm movements up above and trying to keep our shoulders down and our stomach in the entire time .

So we're gonna be pushing down for three times and shoulder rolls for three times .

We're gonna push down again for three times and then our movements for three times after that , we're gonna come for some next stretches , but I'll explain that afterwards .

So let's start pushing down .

So you're just trying to kind of push down your shoulders .

It's a little bit uncomfortable , but it's very effective .

You're keeping your stomach in and your neck is high up .

Good .

I'm gonna come for the shoulder rolls 345 .

And we're gonna push it down again for five .

And we're gonna do those shoulder rolls and pushed down , really trying to elongate yourself here .

Good shoulder rolls and push down and we're going to be doing our movements now and five lovely arm movements around good and now push it down and our movements around good , push down and our movements last one and push down good .

Now we're gonna come for some neck stretches .

So we're just gonna come to the side like so holes for five , not pushing down on anything .

Now , we're gonna come down and make it in a diagonal , keeping your stomach in the entire time .

And now we're gonna come to the center still .

Our shoulders are down .

Stomach is in and we're gonna come slowly up .

We're gonna repeat that on the other side , shoulders , down , stomach in posture .

Stray good , come to diagonal and now come to the center again .

Good .

Come up and we're just gonna go side to side with the next .

Ok .

Very nice and slow .

We're doing this for 10 and funny .

And now we're going to look side to side for 10 , good 56789 and comes to center .

Now we're gonna go up and down my head , but very close , so lightly .

So we're not going too far back .

Good .

So we're just gonna take our arms behind our head and we're just gonna go forward with the neck .

And now we're just going to have circles just to relax everything 10 and up .

We're just gonna do some shoulder rolls just to finish it off .

We're gonna be doing 10 , 6789 , 10 and we're gonna go the other way .

So 123456789 and 10 .
