How To Make Slime With a BOTTLE!!! 30 SECONDS - No Mess, No Bowl, No Glue! DIY Bottle Slime

Also with clear slime .

Another tip is don't be afraid to over activate your slime if anything I over activate all of the clear slimes that we do .

Honestly , we always over activate clear slime because it's gonna sit and depending on how big your batch is .

Honey , it's gonna sit for at least a week and one time I also gave a tip about leaving it out in the sun .

I would say that is a good tip if you want it to speed up , if you want to speed up the process and your slime is like really thick .

But I wouldn't recommend it if your slime is just like regular thick because the only reason it's speeding up faster in the sun is because it's melting and that's why the bubbles are rising faster .

But if you want to do that and let it sit in the sun , just make sure to make it extra thick , thicker than thick , you know .

So you can either make your slime by hand or if by any chance you have a cake mixer like me .

I can make so many different slimes in a short amount of time because this makes it so much easier .

Don't just take your mom's cake mixer and think you can make slime with it because I don't want y'all breaking anything .

So don't just take any cake mixer in your kitchen .

Mom will be mad and she has every right to be a lot of these mixers , most of them will not turn on until you close the little gate .

So I add my activator , then I close it and then turn it .

You're gonna get to a stage where the slime is really bad and you're gonna look at it and think , ok , I totally ruined this but you didn't , honey .

It's OK .

Remember that it's gonna be really thick and really ugly before it gets better .

We're gonna keep needing that until we can get it as smooth as possible .

It's still going to be really thick .

You want to get out as many lumps as you can .

I went ahead and put my finished slime into this big container .

You can see I can literally hold it .

It's so thick .

When I was filming this dry for the first time , I actually made it far too complicated by measuring the distance of the ruler .

Since the ratio of slime ingredients is always relative .

I realize it's much easier to just use your fingers instead .

So now let's start filling up the slime bottle .

The first line shows you how much P VA content to put in .

And the second line is for slime activator .

I'm going to start by squeezing some peel off face mask inside .

And for a small bottle like this , you'll need about 50 mL or about six single masks .

I find that face masks tend to be quite concentrated .

So I'm going to dilute mine with a bit of water until it reaches the first marking .

Now I'm adding some contact lens solution until the mixture reaches the second line .

You wouldn't even think this is clear slime because it literally looks white .

That's all bubbles , believe it or not , you see that we're gonna let this sit .

It's a bigger batch .

So I'm going to say about a week to two weeks .

I know I know who the heck would want to wait that long .

But listen , we got to be patient .

That is the key to getting the perfect clear slime letting it sit and I'll show you clips of when it clears right here .

It's days later , I'm actually in my other studio .

I want to show you the process of how slim time is clearing .

This is the one that I showed you guys that I made .

It's only been a couple of days .

So honestly , not much has happened .

If you see at the bottom , it has started to clear , maybe like about a centimeter .

You could start to see a gloss up at the bottom and you can't really tell but about a centimeter of it has cleared up .

This is definitely going to take , I got to say over a week for sure this one right here has sat for , I got to say a couple weeks , if you can see there's still tiny bubbles , very , very small amount of bubbles at the top .

You're always going to have slight little bubbles .

I like to remove them and then put them on the side and then that clears up on its own .

This one is completely clear .

You can see that there's little to no bubbles on top .

It looks tinted .

I'm not gonna lie .

I'm looking at this and because it's a big batch , I feel like I see a yellow tint but I'm gonna show you guys in the sun when I pick it up and you guys are gonna see how clear it is .

I really think it's the container or that it's just really deep .

I am outside .

I apologize for the noise .

Uh It's a lot of construction going on in the back because I'm actually getting married in days , but just disregard that .

So if you want to make more slime at once , then simply use a bigger one , just measure out the same distance , using your fingers and be sure to add enough ingredients .

So everything reaches the lines .

If you want to keep your slime softer for longer , then place it inside a small airtight container where the lid is actually touching the slime .

This gets rid of any air pockets which will cause the sun to dry up inside the box .

And now I'll show you a glue based bottle slime that's even easier to make just pour in some white or clear P VA glue until it reaches the first line .

Then add contact lens solution to the second line followed by a few drops of food coloring .

If you want , finish with half a teaspoon of baking soda and then shake everything together .

The slime should start coming together within 30 to 60 seconds of shaking .

You'll notice that it starts making a different noise and you'll feel the lump of slime moving around inside the bottle .

Another advantage of making slime in a bottle is that you don't have to get your fingers sticky to test whether the slime is ready .

If you can see it forming a perfect ball inside the bottle , then it's definitely good to play with and won't stick to your skin .

Next up , here's a clear slime that I made using the same face mask recipe .

This time , I simply left out the food coloring and I let the slime sit inside the bottle for two days .

You just need to get rid of all the foam and the slime itself is probably slightly over activated , but it should still be ok to play with .

If you decide to make the slime a second time , be sure to add less baking soda .

The second problem that might come up is when your mixture looks like liquid .

Even after lots of shaking , this means that it's under activated and you can easily fix this by unscrewing the lid and adding a tiny bit more contact lens solution or slime activator , then shake it again and you should start feeling the mixture start to clump together .

If it still feels liquid , then unscrew the lid and add a tiny pinch of baking soda .

However , this should be the last option since baking soda can easily over activate your mixture .

If your slime still isn't working , then double check that you're actually using the correct ingredients , not all brands of glue contain P VA .

So that's the most common reason why slimes fail .

If you're using face masks , then be sure it's a peel off face mask and not any other type because only peel off masks contain P VA , you should also be careful not to dilute your face mask with too much water because that might not leave enough P VA for the chemical reaction to take place the bottles recipe using face masks and contact lens solution is super safe to make with Children .

Since all the ingredients are dermatologically tested .

Of course , if your slime becomes hard after a while , then you can always deactivate it using lemon juice vinegar or glycerine .
