I also wanted to tell you guys , I have a slime Instagram for those of you who don't know .

Um It's in addition to my normal Instagram and it's basically all slime videos .

It's so if you love slime videos , that's where they're at .

There's a ton on there .

Um I do giveaways and Restock and so all of that and little reviews and I post stories .

We're ramping it up some so I took a little break but I am back .

So it's my slime shack official .

I will link it down below and let's go ahead and get started with this video .

Alrighty .

So first up is the starting point for all our slimes .

There's two types of slime bases you can make .

The first one is a white glue base .

So that's what we're going to start with .

I'm just adding some white glue into a bowl and then I'm also going to add in some food coloring before I do anything else .

So here you could add food coloring , you could add acrylic paint .

Um You could also add like um shaving foam if you want to make it a fluffy slime .

I have a lot of different like basic slime recipes and like other beginner tutorials So I'm just showing you how to make a classic slime right now .

So now we need to activate our slime and to do a white glue slime .

My favorite activator is a half a teaspoon of borax mixed into a cup of warm water and then slowly add it in and start to mix it .

And then when it starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl , you can go ahead and need it with your hands until it's no longer sticky .

The more slime you make , the more you're able to tell kind of when it's ready .

So then just keep needing it until it all forms together and add a little bit of activator if you need it .

Now , I know some people a long time ago like it was going around that to not use borax .

I have used this for over a year .

No problems .

You really just have to be careful and do it the right way and properly dilute it .

Uh Some people were like forming acids with it and that's what caused like burns and stuff .

So do your own research and come to your own conclusions .

But that's what I do personally .

So now onto my clear glue recipe , so clear glue is very , very finicky .

So again , we're gonna go ahead and color it .

You could add in any glitters or fun sequence .

But this time our activator is going to be again a half a teaspoon of borax but mixed into two cups of warm water .

So it's a much more subtle dilution .

And so you really only need to add in a little bit at a time and then start to need it because as you need clear glue , it comes together a lot , lot faster than white glue .

Uh So just start needing it with your hands till it's no longer sticky and then you're good to go and of course , clear glue does cloud up a bit as you can see .

Um But just let it sit for a little while and it will go back to completely clear .

So next , I'm going to show you how to make a self inflating slime , which is basically a slime that gets bigger and fluffier as you play with it .

So for this , we're gonna use some white glue , some food coloring , some foaming face wash .

The one I'm using is clean and clear .

I'm going to list all the products that I use to make slime in the description box if you want to check them out .

But I'm also using some shaving foam and some foaming hand soap .

So all these foaming products are gonna make it really fluffy the more you play with it .

So as you can see , even as I'm like stirring everything together , it is getting fluffier and larger .

Um So once it's all stirred together , I'm gonna go ahead and use my activator for white glue slime , which again , is a half a teaspoon of Borax and one cup of warm water .

And for this one , you only need a little bit of activator .

All the extra products really make it activate a lot faster .

So keep that in mind when you're adding it in .

So I'm gonna go ahead and start kneading this with my hands until it all comes together .

As you could see , it was like pulling away from the sides of the bowl .

So that's when I know it's kind of safe to stick my hand in .

And then I'm just gonna need it until it forms .

But then the more you play with it , the fluffier it becomes .

So this , this slime is super fun to play with very , very fluffy .

Um And yeah , it just has a really cool light airy texture .

So another cool recipe that's handy to have is a non deflating slime .

And what this means is basically your fluffy slime isn't going to shrink the longer you keep it because this happen if you just use shaving foam .

So I'm taking the slime that I used from the very beginning .

It was just a plain slime .

And then I'm mixing in a really small amount of shaving foam .

The more shaving foam you use to make your slime fluffy , it will shrink over time .

So keep that in mind if you have it full to the brim in a container after you have this fluffy slime in there for a while , it is going to shrink some and turn into more of a regular slime .

Now , you could always add in more shaving foam , but a way to prevent this is kind of turn it into a bit of a butter slime consistency .

So for this , I'm adding in some white de so clay and then I'm just needing it in and combining it and the clay is really going to make the slime fluffy , but it's also going to hold its shape and stay fluffy a lot longer than it would with just shaving foam alone .

So I'm just needing this together .

And so it is super fluffy , really fun to play with .

Great for like slime swirls and stuff like that .

Um So that is what I like to do to keep my slimes fluffy longer , just add in a little bit of clay .

And as you can see , it's still kind of spread like butter slime , but it's not totally a butter slime .

And then the last thing I'm gonna show you guys is how to get that perfect slime swirl .

Now , there's certain types of slimes that are just not good for slime swirls .

video content Image generated by Wilowrid

So for example , this is a very glossy clicky thin slime to give slimes like this , you add some water to the glue before you activate it .

So it has more water than normal slime .

As you can see , it has a very thin texture .

It's really fun to play with and it's very poppy and clicky .

Um But when you try to make a slime swirl by folding the slime in half and then it will hold its shape for about a second and then it's just going to fall .

You don't have enough time to take a pretty picture and it just kind of looks like a blob when you're done .

Now , we're gonna use that non deflating slime that we just made and it's gonna make a perfect slime swirl .

So to do a slime swirl , you basically stretch your slime , fold it in half and just keep repeating it and that's going to form the lines that go down it .

Uh This is how you could also do multiple colors as well .

Just kind of lay them flat next to each other and then fold them in half .

So then you just swirl it around and as you can see this one , it's going to hold its shape a lot better and for a lot longer than the last one .

So having some clay , having a fluffy slime is definitely going to help you out here and then you can take a really cool fluffy slime swirl picture .

That's all I have for you guys today .

I hope you found this useful and helpful .
