Number one , having enough sleep , depends on your age 5 to 8 hours sleeping per day to create the growth hormone , which is released during sleep .
Having enough sleep , also keep your Atal glands , healthy , atrial glands creates the happy hormone , which is why you often hear people say happiness is not out there .
It is in you , your body , you create it .
Number two , having a healthy and balanced eating plan .
I don't say diet because you don't need to restrict your body from any natural ingredients .
Eat normal , eat healthy and eat variety more homemade coke .
So you can control the amount of salt and sugar intake , which is the root of all health issues .

In number three , regular workouts and stretches being lazy is human nature exams , work , social connection , stress , depression , heartbroken pregnancy , raising Children , taking care of families .
These are the stages of a human life circle and they affect a lot on your health and well being .
