Hi , friends today .
I'm gonna be showing you how to prepare boneless chicken biryani .
This boneless chicken biryani is really famous in Bangalore and a lot of people flock to this particular restaurant to eat .
Only this biryani .
I've gone ahead and recreated this recipe and posted it just for you .
I'll be posting more about the restaurant in my blog .

Now let's look into the ingredients and get started .
Uh All that I've done is I've taken uh chicken breast about 500 g .
I've washed it thoroughly drained all the excess moisture out , added it to the mixing bowl to the chicken breast .
I've added um ginger garlic paste chili powder to make powder , masala chili sauce .
I've also added a pinch of MS G .
People who do not like MS G , please don't added salt as per taste .
One egg and corn flour along with one pinch of orange food coloring .
I'm gonna give this a good mix and I love the chicken to marinate in this mix for about one hour's time .
This is nothing but chicken kebab recipe .
If you follow me on my um channel regularly .
You will know what I'm preparing .
This is chicken kebab recipe .
So I'm just gonna allow this to marinate .
I'm gonna prepare the rice .
Now , I've placed a pressure cooker on medium flame to the pressure cooker .
I've added two tablespoons of gee and to the gee , I've added daily leaf cloves , cinnamon stick and cardamom pods .
I'm just going to fry all the spices till it splatters a bit .
And to this , I'm gonna add ginger and garlic paste .
I'm gonna fry the ginger and garlic paste till the raw flavor from the ginger and garlic .
Garlic past is gone .
Uh The Now what I've done is I've gone ahead , washed a fist full of coriander and mint chopped it fine .
And I've also slipped the green chilies .
I've added the green chilies and the mint and coriander .
I'm just gonna give this a good toss and fry all of this .
Now , at this point , this masala base will be really flavorful and will be very nice for the rice .
This is nothing but Kuka rice .
Now , uh please also note I'm adding the chilies as per the heat .
You will need to adjust the chilies as per heat because sometimes the chilies are really sweet and sometimes it's nice and hot .
So please adjust the chilies as per heat .
I've also gone ahead and added a quarter cup of yogurt and I'm just going to fry all of this till it's nice and well combined .
I'm gonna go ahead and fry the yogurt till the oil surfaces a bit on top .
And I've gone ahead .
Followed the packaged directions , washed the Basie rice and soaked it for 10 minutes .
I've drained all the excess more water out and added the Basie rice to the pressure cooker and to the rice .
I've added salt as per taste and a pinch of yellow food coloring .
We need to add yellow food coloring .
If you add turmeric powder , the flavor of the rice will completely change .
So make sure you add yellow food coloring and fry the rice a bit .
I've gone ahead and measured the rice ahead of time since I'm using uh 500 g of chicken .
I've added 500 g of rice , baggy rice , equal amount .
I've gone ahead and measured the rice in a tea cup and it was three measures of rice , measure the water amount according to that .
For every one cup of rice , I've added 1.5 cups of water .
So I've measured the water and I've added the water given it a good start , check for soil a bit again .
Uh I've checked for salt , the soil should be a little bit extra place the bit along with the wiser and I love that to cook for two .
Now , I'm gonna prepare the chicken kebab to prepare the chicken Kear .
I've placed the wok on medium flame and to the wok I've added about uh 10 tablespoons of oil and to the oil , I've added the chicken and I'm going to fry this chicken .
Um It's alright if all the masala from the chicken is drained in oil because we are going to use that oil to prepare the Biryani masala .
Now I'm just going to half cook this chicken and drain all the excess oil out and reserve the chicken for later .
So at this point , you can divide the oil .
You can use just the half amount of oil or you can use the entire oil .
Since I was preparing a very large batch , I use the entire amount of oil .
The oil is frothing because I've added egg to the uh chicken .
And uh when you fry egg in oil , the oil will definitely froth now to the oil .
I've gone ahead and added ginger garlic paste , finely chopped onions , chilies , mint and coriander .
I'm gonna fry all of this till the onions turn light pink in color .

Now to the onion , I've gone ahead and added uh chili powder , turmeric powder and masala .
I've gone ahead and also pure two tomatoes in the mixer jar .
I've also added the tomato puree to the onion masala along with the salt and I'm gonna fry all of this till the raw flavor has gone .
Uh , you can also Sprinkle a little bit of water for the masala to cook and I love this to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes .
I've gone ahead and added two tablespoons of fresh cream .
I've also added the chicken that I fried earlier and I'm just going to give this a good mix and I love the chicken to cook in that masala .
Now , this will take about 5 to 10 minutes on a low flame , just place this on a low flame .
And uh once the oil surfaces on top , the chicken masala is done .
Now , my Kuska rice is done .
I'm just going to open the pressure cooker and fluff up the rice a bit uh so that I can go ahead and serve the rice .
You can also do a layering of this chicken masala with the rice and serve it up .
Now , my rice is done .
You can see how the rice is separated and it's cooked thoroughly .
Now , my chicken masala is done .
I'm gonna serve the Biryani .
Now I'm gonna show you how to serve this Biryani in the serving bowl .
I've gone ahead and added the Kusa rice and I'm gonna top it up with the chicken masala .
Normally in the restaurant , what they do is after they top the chicken masala .
They will uh add some lime juice , chopped up mint and coriander along with some chilies .
And they will also add a freshly chopped Julian uh ginger and they'll garnish it on top and they will serve the steaming hot with the Rita and some boiled eggs .
