Today's recipe is a very exciting recipe and I've got so many requests to make this particular recipe .
I've decided to make it .
It's a Ramadan special .
Can you guess anyone any guesses what we're making today ?
Well , it's Hyderabadi Dam Biryani .
Yeah .
So it's finally here .
So I'm making this for you guys .
So here are the ingredients .

Ok .
There are a couple of steps to this recipe and the first is to marinate the meat .
Now , here I have about 1.5 kgs of mutton , 1.5 teaspoons , ginger garlic paste juice of one small lemon turmeric powder .
Red chili powder , two teaspoons , got a masala , one teaspoon salt , two green chilies chopped yogurt , two tablespoons , ra papaya paste .
It's a very good meat tenderizer .
Five teaspoons , a few mint leaves , a few chopped coriander leaves fried onions , one tablespoon .
So we mixed everything , refrigerate it in the fridge for at least 12 hours minimum .
That is overnight so that you get a nice juicy and tender meat .
The next step is to fry the onions .
You you can take about 7 to 8 medium sized onions , pour enough oil and sat sorting them filled in and nice and brown and crispy .
The first step is to cook the rice .
Take one kg good quality basil rice .
Now for one kg rice , I've taken 1.5 kgs of mutton .
So based on the proportion that you wanna make .
Uh also that soak the rice for about 30 minutes .
Once the water starts boiling , add the soak rice , add a little sauce , you just need to cook the rice halfway because the remaining cooking is gonna be uh done while you're keeping it in done .
So now we are into the final step of cooking the dumb Biryani .
What you need for the dumb Biryani is one large wide pot , a plate that fits over the pot perfectly and a nice big to keep the pot over .
So these are things you need .
So heat the pot , put one tablespoon of oil and three tablespoons of heat , add the whole spices , cinnamon cloves , cardamom and bay leaf gently drop the pieces into the pot .
Just let it cook for just about five minutes and turn off the stove .
Take a handful of coriander , not a few mint leaves , that's gonna be a first layer .
The second layer is going to be a rice just adding a little bit of the saffron milk , put the remaining rice , add the remaining saffron milk .
Coriander leaves , add a few mint leaves , add the crispy brown onions .
So finally close the pot , then you need to seal it completely .
Make sure there's no steam coming out from your pot with some chapati dough .
Make sure you have a nice cover that you can keep it on the flame and I'm gonna keep it in them for minimum 45 2 minutes to about it .
So the Dam Biryani is ready .
I'm gonna actually remove the feel .
It smells amazing .
Moment I cut this .
It's just smells incredible .
The meat is all there at the bottom and all the juices are there .
But when you serve , make sure you just slightly mix it on .
Don't over mix it .
Just garnish with a few crispy fried onions on top here .
Some eggs there .
You have this amazing Hyderabadi Dumb Biryani .
