Do THIS 5 Minute Stretch To Grow Taller Do In The Morning

Look at this .

I have horrible posture .

85% of the time that I don't catch myself .

I walk around like this where I will mark on the wall right here .

Now , look what happens right after I do a five minute stretch .

As soon as I stretch out , the muscles that have been constricted and weakened , I stand up straight .

I remove all my problems from my forward head posture to my rounded shoulder , to my curved upper back , to my , an anterior pelvic tilt to my gut sticking out .

And now everything is unlined and I'm standing up as straight as possible and it only took me five minutes .

Let me show you something .

This is me slouched .

This is the top of my head when I'm standing up straight , that is almost a 3 to 3.5 inch difference .

You see why proper posture is important ?

Well , you see proper posture is harder than you think because a lot of us have developed such bad posture that we've weakened the muscles that we need to stand up straight today .

Boys , I'm gonna give you five exercise .

It'll take you only five minutes .

It's a five minute stretch you should do every day when you wake up .

So when you wake up , you wake up as tall and as confident as possible .

That sounds good .

Hop into it .

Ok .

So this one is easy when you wake up , you're gonna be feeling lazy .

You just got up , you , you're sitting on the edge of your bed most of us , especially with me .

I have something called forward head tilt where the top of my spine is really curved , which causes a lot of pain .

And this is due to being on the computer all day long .

Again , this robs you from about half an inch to an inch of your height .

So what we're gonna be doing is something called cervical retractions where you're gonna grab two fingers , you're also gonna grab your stop watch on your phone .

You're gonna do 3 , 20 seconds hold .

So you're gonna grab two fingers and push your head .

But that's all you gotta do .

Again .

This is easy .

However , since this cervical vertebrae has been short , shortened from bad posture , you're gonna feel a lot of tension back there .

And that's because you're stretching your mouth and which is what you want .

Ok .

Ok .

So we fixed the forward neck .

We're moving on to the next movement to fix your posture .

You're gonna need a flatt wall and we're gonna do the same method .

We're gonna do 3 22nd holds .

And so we're , since we're doing one arm per side .

You wanna make sure you do 60 seconds on one arm and 60 seconds on the other arm .

Essentially , what you wanna do is put your arm in a 90 degree angle up against the flat surface .

Again , we're gonna hold for 20 seconds .

See we already fixed forward head .

But something that happens to a lot of us , including myself is that our shoulders start to round forward .

This stretching technique that we're doing helps overcorrect that when your shoulders roll forward like this , you are collapsing your chest muscles , which cause it to tighten up .

What you're trying to do with this movement is loosen up those muscles from the position by lengthening your chest muscle and consequently strengthening your back muscles to keep your shoulders where they should be versus them rolling forward past your chest .

Right ?

So the next posture correcting movement we're gonna do .

You're gonna need a flat wall , a big flat wall and we're gonna do something called wall wise or Ys to ws this is a very simple movement .

Let me explain now what the wall will do is help line up your spine properly , which would be your butt or your hips , your upper back back , and your head should all be in a straight line .

And what this helps do is correct , curved upper back , which a lot of us have when we're either stuck on our phones or on our computers .

These wives will help with that now .

Yes , you're still gonna need a timer .

How this is gonna work is you're gonna put a one minute timer and you're gonna try to do as many reps as possible by one minute , very slowed and controlled .

You're not going for volume , you're going for quality here .

Now , since these three points should be in vertical alignment , the wall helps you feel what your body should be at or what position it should be at at all times .

So when you line up to your wall , make sure your head , your upper back and your hips or your butt are all hitting the wall , usually walk around like this with curved upper back and this causes our rib cage to collapse on top of our pelvis or at leads .

It brings it unnaturally close , especially when you're sitting down to correctly align your upper back .

Try these wall wise after a while , you're gonna feel your upper back slowly start to strengthen you because you're starting to stretch these muscles that you probably haven't used in .

I don't know how long these are very slow and controlled .

Don't go fast here .

You only need a minute and again , it's quality that counts .

Ok .

So for these last two or the last two minutes of the workout or the stretch , we're gonna be hitting the floor .

This one's to overcorrect the an interior pelvic tilt .

So grab your phone , you need about one minute on the clock .

So an an interior pelvic tilt is an overextension of your lower spine .

Think of it almost like you're trying to make it seem like you got cake back there .

You're always pushing your butt out .

This is also improper posture that can shorten your appearance .

So to correct this position , you wanna do glute bridges , so you're gonna put 60 seconds on the clock and you're gonna try to do as many as possible , slow and control .

You're not going super fast here , just keep it controlled the whole way out .

This will strengthen your glutes and your core to ensure that again , your spine is properly aligned and you're standing as tall as possible .

So now we're just gonna turn right around on our stomach and we're gonna do something called the Superman .

These are pretty simple and kind of self explanatory .

You're gonna put your hand all the way up front .

You're gonna try to reach as far as you can in the sky and your toes are gonna try to point them out as far as you can the other way .

And you're just gonna come up as if you're flying like superman and hold for 20 seconds .

So this Superman stretch is basically to fix your gut sticking out .

This is what happens to me with that improper posture .

It's an intense stretch that will strengthen your back while also strengthening your core that has collapsed over years of slouching and sticking your gut out again when you do all these together and uh it only take you five minutes a day .

You're gonna immediately feel yourself standing up prouder , taller and more confident .

And that boy is , that's basically it super simple five minute stretch routine you can do every morning and I can feel myself already standing more confident and I don't have to actually be thinking about it like my body is just sitting at this natural position because I'm over correcting it with these stretches that you can do as well to five minutes .

You got nothing to lose .

Give it a shot and I promise you , you're gonna get about 2 to 4 inches on your height just by standing taller .
