Turn it on , crank it up to 400 set the timer to 10 and start .
Now , don't worry about the fact that your pickles are going to be a little wet .
That's gonna help for that all purpose seasoned flour mix to adhere .
So I'm just gonna add a little group of pickle slices to the flour mix and give them a little toss , shake off the excess flour before you add it to the egg mix .
And then once you have a nice even layer here , you can start flipping to coat the other side .
You want to make sure that you get both sides of the pickle really good and evenly drenched in this egg mix here because that is what's gonna help for that Pinko breading to stick .

And now into the pin we go , I'm trying out this wet hand dry hand thing , but it's only a matter of time before I get distracted and mess it up that that took no time at all .

So what we'll do is we'll just give these pickles a nice toss in this pin here .
And once both sides are coated , I like to come in and really get after it , make sure that that PICO is all over and super ad geared to these pickle chips .
This right here is exactly what you want to see , as you can see , I have the pickle chips in one single layer on a little rimmed tray here .
What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna get them really nice and evenly coated in this cooking spray .
And I'm actually going to be pretty generous .
This is still far less oil than you would get frying .
Then you're gonna flip them and do it again .
Round two looking fabulous .
Or once again , the last batch is going in and I'm gonna set this timer for about six minutes .
I promise y'all .
You are not going to be missing the deep fryer at all .
It smells and looks exactly like fried pickles , maybe even a little bit , but let's just take a closer look .
