It's the GCG come from the UK all the way to the end and welcome to the next video in the Guru series .
And in this video , I'm going to be summing up how I grew from 5 ft 8 to 6 ft two .
Let me start by saying that if my answers are a little bit vague , then it's not because I don't want to give you the information .
It's just because when I grew taller , back when I was 18 , it was a lot of trial and error and a lot of guess work .
So just to let you know that before we begin .
So I experienced my growth spurt back when I was 18 , which was my second year of college .
For many of you that know my story , you'll know that prior to my 90 day growth spurt , I actually experimented with various other grit .
All methods , the main ones being high pills and shoeing souls could be shoeing soles and pills have played their part in my body's preparation for growing taller .
The answer is yes , definitely .
One thing I have learned from helping other people to grow taller is that you can't see the cellular changes in somebody by just looking in the mirror .
Trying and testing all the different methods could have definitely contributed towards my height .
So just bear that in mind as I walk you through what I believe to be the foundations for what helped me to grow taller .
Another thing to bear in mind is that a week before my 18th birthday , I actually started going to the gym and doing a mild resistance forward slash weights regime .
So because I grew in the summer of my 18th birthday , my birthday being in April , I actually trained for roughly about three months in the gym prior to doing my 90 day transformation .
Could all this have contributed towards my heart ?
Absolutely , no doubt about it .

So what did you actually do in the 90 days that made you go from 5 ft 8 to 6 ft two ?

That's a thing in this key points to remember , Number one .
You need to do the three core stretches the double legged forward , bend the mountain or reach for the sky , and the unnamed lying down stretch .
Sometimes referred to as the fish number two .
These exercises must be done in the morning and at night .
Number three , you must perform each stretch five times per session , so that's 10 times per stretch per day number before .
Once you are at the peak of the stretch , you need to hold it for 5 to 10 seconds and number five .
Make sure that you warm up for at least four minutes before you do your stretches .

And if we get enough likes , then I'll do a video like even though I do reveal in the first DVD what I did personally to grow taller , I don't believe that it's really optimised for speed and efficiency , which is what I believe most people want when growing taller .
