Boil one liter of full fat milk while stirring well , a juice of two lemons to curdle it immediately and one liter of cold water strain away and collect the grains of card in a clot .

Two pinches of yellow color , half teaspoon , cardamom powder and paste of dense soaked and peeled almonds cook for five minutes and allow it to cool when rasmalai cools down .
Squeeze out the excess serve from Sla's add rasmalai to these rasul garnished with sliced cashews and pistachios .
The delicious rasmalai is ready .
