Some of you guys might know about this , but we had a Thanksgiving packet cheese recipe where we added some , what we think are creative ingredients that caused quite a stir on social media .

Uh You've probably seen this comedian's response .

First of all , she put in the macaroni and cheese and I thought , OK , you know what , maybe you switch the cheeses .
I ain't tripping .
But then , but then she just , I mean , desecrated the mac with Brussels sprouts , cabbage carrots .
What are you doing ?
This ain't a casserole .
This is a staple for Thanksgiving that don't need to be altered at all .
Leave it out guilty .
You know what's really funny about that is we always say that about Thanksgiving .
Like , don't do anything new .
Just keep it simple .
We got , it's our job to keep things , you know , make things fresh and new .

Well , I'm always making fun of videos on the internet , food videos , cat videos , all types of stuff .
So people are sending me stuff and it was the week of Thanksgiving and everybody was tweeting me Facebook , messaging me Cave .
You gotta see this video .

So I watched it and I was visibly upset .
I don't know .
Well , so what was the , the biggest complaint or comment you got ?
It was just those two things , vegetables and Thanksgiving , macaroni and cheese and then your face .
Jeezy .
You were , it didn't look like you were feeling it .
I was a little upset myself .
Hey youtubers , this is Lisa from Pressure Crisp .
And today we're going to be making some mac and cheese to go with that chicken that I made earlier .
So we're just gonna jump right in the foodie is right here .
The pots in .
We're gonna take £1 of uh elbow macaroni , put it in .
We're gonna go ahead and add four cups of water and one teaspoon of kosher salt .
Gonna go ahead and give this a stir just to make sure everything is mixed up .
All right , there we go .
I'm gonna go ahead and turn the foodie on .
We're gonna take the pressure lid .
Go ahead and put that on .
Make sure it's see it at the seal on the back .
So we're just gonna pop over here to pressure , make sure it's on high , which it usually is .
And time we're gonna do this for four minutes and just hit start .
Uh , breakfast is a breakfast .
Mac and cheese is a mac and cheese .
You can't cross past all those not with , with eggs .
He's the Simon Cowell of Mac and cheese .
He was back .
That's , well , Jeff , you're next .
Let's take a look at Jeff's Muster Mac and cheese , mac and cheese .
It's a yellow thing .
You got yellow , you got green sauce , you got green pasta .
You got a blue spatula for Halloween , man .
That spooky .
I don't know if you know which I guess you actually do know because we do what we do on this show .
We did a , a discussion about what you would like to make and you wanted to make , in your opinion , the best mac and cheese , mac and cheese , which would be my grandma's mac and cheese .
That's what we're gonna do .
This thing I recognized , I don't see Brussels sprouts anywhere .
I recognize processed cheese .
Ok .
It is done .
So we're just gonna go ahead and do a quick release on this .
All right , we're gonna go ahead and take the lid off because the little red tab in the back went down , take it off , shake it a bit All right .
Give it a stir .
There appears to be a little bit of water left in here .
Let's taste the pasta to make sure it's cooked perfect .
All right .
So to this , we're gonna go ahead and add two tablespoons of butter , add some black pepper .
So if you have white pepper , black pepper , it doesn't matter .
Just adds like a teaspoon .
There you go .
We're gonna give it a sprinkling of mustard .
Not too much because some people don't like it .
All right now we're gonna start adding the cheese .
We're gonna add a little bit at a time so it melts .
My cheese mixture is a mixture of um mild cheddar , Colby Monterey and a little bit of mozzarella .
Um You can choose anything you want as long as it equals three cups you can use more .
Um but just go by eye to see how it's all coming together .
That's melting nicely .
So what we're gonna do just keep adding our cheese .
There we go .
Keep stirring .
There we go .
Oh yeah , it's mel melting very nicely .
You see the mozzarella , the long strands .
There we go .
Yeah , that's nice .
Look at that .
All right to this .
We're gonna add one cup of heavy cream or if you have evaporated milk , you can add 12 ounces of evaporated milk .
You want to put the cheese in first before the heavy cream um because the heavy cream is colder and it'll cool the um macaroni before the cheese can melt .
I'm thinking maybe I'm thinking maybe a little bit more cheese , just gonna grab a handful of my topping cheese and just put that in there .
Go ahead and keep stirring .
All right .
So once this is all melted , there you go .
You actually probably give it a little bit a taste .
Um , that's really good .
So we're not gonna add anything , doesn't need any salt pepper or anything .
Put that over there and we're gonna take , it should be about two cups of cheese but you just gonna Sprinkle across the top .
I'm actually gonna go get some more cheese .
Ok ?

I just wanted to put more cheese on top .
So what we're gonna do , we're just gonna lower the lid .
Ok ?
So you're gonna go to air .
We're gonna set it for 400 .
Just go over to the time we're gonna set it .
We're gonna start off with five minutes and then um go from there then just hit start .

It's been five minutes .
Went through the cool phase .
Now it's done .
We're gonna open the lid .
