We Indians love our hot meals , but in summers , a cool acc compliment is always welcome .
So today we're going to do some and I'm going to give you three varieties to keep you going through the summer .
The first Tria we're going to do today is Beetroot Tria .
So we are gonna take around two cups of the heats .
So this I'm adding some black salt , some jira powder around one teaspoon and I'm going to whisk this .
Now here I have a small beetroot that I have grated after steaming .
I've steamed it very lightly .
We don't wanna make it too soft and one big cucumber that I've read it .
And lastly , I'm gonna put two teaspoons of honey .
You need it to be a little sweet and I'm definitely not going to use sugar .
I'll mix it nicely .
You can see it getting that lovely pink color .
And finally I'm adding one tablespoon of mint leaves and two tablespoons of coriander leaves .
And I think so .
A B two Trita is ready and now let's move on to the next variety , which is the pr so we will start with around 1.5 cup of the heat .
So here I have some steam palette which I have chopped .
I've taken around a little over half a bundle of colors .
And now we are going to add this steam and chop pale into the day .
Next , I'm going to add half a tomato to this and around two tablespoons of onion .
Now , some chopped coriander and lastly , the seasoning , we're gonna add around one teaspoon of Dira powder , half teaspoon of red chili powder and black salt .
And now we'll just give it a mix and a palate writer is ready .
And now let's move on to the third writer which is the pumpkin writer .
So I'm going to take 1.5 cups of the heat do this .
We're gonna add pumpkin .
Now I've taken around 100 g of pumpkin which I have steamed and then grated after grating , it will be a little bit of a mashed consistency , which is absolutely fine .
Now , we're gonna make a tempering for the right .
I'm gonna use some fresh from my garden for the tempering .
We will take around half teaspoon of oil to this .
I'm gonna add half teaspoon of mustard cheese , pinch of fresh curry pasta and finally some garlic .
This is just around one piece of garlic and our tempering is ready .
Now , let's add this to our belly one teaspoon of Jira powder , red chili powder as coyotes and some black salt .
Finally , some coriander .
Now let's give it a mix and a pumpkin writer is also ready .
A writers is something you can get as creative as you want .
For example , you can use the tempering in the pr or you can use the onions in the pumpkin writer or create any other variation of your own .
