As you can probably tell from my hairline , it's been a while since I made a video .

While I've been away , I've still been keeping my eye on other grow taller YouTubers .
Unlike a lot of the titles , what I will say is that you probably won't get your desired heart in one week .
However , you can begin to grow taller in less than one week .
In fact , you can begin to grow taller right after this video and start on a grow taller programme .
Now I understand that everybody can afford a decent grito system , so as a big thank you for everybody who still continues to follow me , I'm going to give you free access to the grito pyramid Secret Stage one for 30 days .

I think with the main video it will give you some ideas on how you can begin to learn how to grow taller .
And also it will help to motivate you to at least try something that will actually help .
I would also like to apologise for not staying consistent with my gross hoer videos .
I've recently realised that it's very important for me to continue to give you guys motivation and ideas for growth on a regular basis .
In my new job , I get one day off a week , so I'm gonna try my very best to do the videos on a weekly basis .
I would also like to connect with all the fans over Instagram at some point , so I will be creating a new INSTAGRAM account , which will be primarily on height increase and growing taller .

Yo Oh , what's up , everyone ?
It's the GTG from the UK all the way to the air .
Where and welcome to the grow taller Pyramid Secret 2.0 Stage one .
Now , with all the new research that I have been doing from people who have grown taller and people who haven't grown taller , the one thing that is always cropped up is calories So why are calories so important ?
Well , if you are having more calories than you need , this is known as a calorie surplus .
If you are having less calories than you need , this is known as a calorie deficit .
And if you're having the same amount of calories as you're burning , this is known as calorie maintenance .
But how will all this affect growing taller ?
Well , you may or may not know if you are in a calorie surplus .
Then you are giving your body extra energy more than it needs , and by doing this , you will store excess fat .
If you are in a calorie deficit and you're giving the body less energy than it needs , then you will burn fat .
And if you are in a maintenance level and you just burn the calories that you need , then you'll just stay exactly the same .
Scientific studies have shown that when you are in a caloric or calorie surplus , you are in an anabolic state .
When you are in a calorie deficit , you are in a cata bolic state .
Who there lances ?
This sounds all a little bit technical .
What does this mean exactly ?
Well , when you are in an anabolic state .
Your body has the ability to build new cells .
And when you are in a Cata Bolic state , your body has the ability to break down cells .
Basically , if you are not in a calorie surplus , a K a a anabolic state , then you will really struggle to grow taller .
In order to know if we are in a anabolic state , we need to know roughly what our maintenance level of calories is .
This is also known as your TDEE , which stands for total daily energy expenditure .
To make things simpler for you , I have put a TDEE calculator and instructional video on how to use it on the website .
And the link for that is just in the description below this video .
Once you have your TDEE number , I need you to grab a calculator .
Or maybe you could do it in your head .
If you're smart enough and multiply it by 1.1 and that is gonna give you your MA S number , which stands for minimum anabolic state number .
Now that you have your MA S number , which basically just means your calorie target for the day .
What I want you to do is to track your calories and try and hit that number each and every day .
This month .

We basically use a app called My Fitness Pal .
It's completely free and it's really easy to use , and I highly recommend it , So check it out .
I just wanted to mention that if you do go over your MA S number , then that's perfectly fine .
But just remember , as you are going slightly over your maintenance level of calories , you will put on fat over time .
However , because it's only very slight , most of you probably won't even notice .
Also , consider that if you are thinking of going over your MA S number that it won't necessarily lead to any more height gains , but it could lead to excess fat .
However , if you do feel really hungry and that your MA S number is too low , then by all means , feel free to eat above and beyond your MA S .
I just wanted to make sure that in this first stage as a minimum , everybody was at least hitting their MA S number .
As we get further into the programme , if you do notice a significant weight gain , then we can drop the calories back to more of a mild surplus .
So , just to recap this month , I want you to work out your MA S number , and I want you to try and hit that number every single day this month using your calorie counter .
At this point , I am not too fussed about what foods you are eating , so long as you are getting enough energy to enable you to grow taller .
