How to create a business email .

In this G suite tutorial video .

A G suite email is very similar to what you might be familiar with for your personal email , with gmail with a few small differences .

So one these plans aren't free .

So the basic plan is $6 a month and you receive 30 gigabytes of storage per email .

And if you upgrade to the business plan is what we currently using because we upload a lot of videos to Google Drive and for unlimited storage .

It's $12 a month .

Another difference is you'll be creating email at your domain as opposed to sending emails that end that at gmail dot com .

If you still need to purchase the domain , we recommend that you buy your domain with name cheap is one of the least expensive options .

Plus , it includes free privacy protection which can cost you an additional $10 a year on other domain websites .

आप फेसबुक के ऊपर कैसे पोस्ट कर सकते हैं ।

दोस्तों फेसबुक का पेज बनाने के सबसे पहले आपके पास दो रिक्वायरमेंट है वो आपको कम्पलीट करनी पडेगी ।

सबसे पहला रिक्वायरमेंट है आपके पास एक फेसबुक का जो है आपके पास एक अकाउंट होना चाहिए और उसके बाद दोस्तों आपके पास एक फेसबुक पेज का नेम होना चाहिए जिसकी मदद से दोस्तों आपका फेसबुक का पेज बनाएंगे ।

चलिए दोस्तों मेरे पास दोनों रिक्वायरमेंट मैंने कम्पलीट कर रखी है ।

अब मैं अपना फेसबुक का जो पेज है वो यहाँ पे बना लेता हूँ और साथ ही साथ आपको भी सिखा देता हूँ कि आप भी अपना पेज कैसे बनायेंगे ।

अकाउंट लॉगिन करने एक बार दोस्तों अब आप अपना पेज यहाँ पे आसानी से बना सकते हैं ।

कैसे बनायेंगे देखिए मैं आपको बता देता हूँ सबसे पहले देखिए दोस्त आप कहाँ पे ऑप्शन दिख रहा होगा ।

पेज इसका और एक यहाँ पे ऑप्शन दिख रहा है ।

एक आपको यहाँ पे भी दिख रहा होगा ऊपर आप देख सकते हैं मॅन यू के ऊपर आपको क्लिक करना है और जैसे दोस्तों आॅफर क्लिक करेंगे ।

यहाँ पे आपको देखिए पेज का ऑप्शन दिखेगा तो अगर आप यहाँ से पेज क्रिएट करना चाहते हैं तो यहाँ से भी कर सकते हो और दूसरा ऑप्शन यहाँ पे भी आपको दिखेगा तो यहाँ से भी आप कर सकते हो ।

तो सिंपल आपको पेज बनाने के लिए आपको करना क्या पे ?

जिसके ऊपर क्लिक कर देना पे जिसके ऊपर दोस्तों जैसे क्लिक करेंगे ।

मैंने आपको बोला था कि आपके पास दूसरा रिक्वायरमेंट होना चाहिए और वो होना चाहिए दोस्तों आपके पास एक फेसबुक पेज का नाम होना चाहिए जिसकी मदद से दोस्तों आप अपना पेज बनाएंगे ।

तो यहाँ पे देखिए दोस्त आपको करना क्या है ?

अब आपको पेज बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले आपका पेज का नाम डालना है तो मैं यहाँ पे देखिए दोस्तों डाल देता हूँ ऍम आप अपने बिजनिस का जो भी नाम है वो आप पे डाल दीजिएगा ।

उसके बाद आपको करना क्या ऍम करनी है ?

जैसे मान लीजिए आपका कोई ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग का कोई जो है ?

पेज आप बना रहे हैं तो आप यहाँ पे देखिये ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग डाल सकते हैं ।

कॅश हाँ पिंग डालिए और ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग का जो है ।

देखिये शॉपिंग सर्विसेज वगैरह ऍम कर सकते हैं उसके बाद दोस्तों अगर आप एक और कोई ऍम करना चाहते हो तो दूसरी कॅश कर सकते हैं ।

तीन ।

कॅटेगरी डालने के ऑप्शन यहाँ पे आपको मिलेंगे उसके बाद दोस्तों अब आपको करना क्या नीचे डाउन करना है और यहाँ पे आपको डिस्क्रिप्शन डालना है ।

डिस्क्रिप्शन के अंदर दोस्तों आप ये बतायेंगे कि आप अपना जो पेज है वो किसके बारे में बना रहे हैं ।

I want to go through a couple of reasons why having a business email is so important .

The first reason is it looks much more professional .

You don't wanna be sending work related emails from Jeffrey dot at hotmail or Jeffrey's business at gmail dot com or Jeffrey J thin 34 at yahoo dot com .

You should be sending it from your own domain .

So you want to create an email , something like Jeff at Jeffreys business dot com or hello at Jeffreys business dot com or info at Jeffrey's business , et cetera .

Another important reason why you want to have a professional email is so you can start doing email marketing .

Honestly , email marketing is one of the most powerful tools that we use to help us grow our business and a lot of other business owners feel the same way .

But unfortunately , you can't do email marketing from a gmail hotmail or Yahoo account .

It needs to be a professional business email .

इस पेज को थोडा बहुत कस्टमाइज करना और जो बाकी डिटेल आपकी रह गई है उनको फिल करना ताकि आप अपने पेज को आसानी से चला सकते हैं ।

अगला काम आपको सबसे पहले करना है ।

सबसे पहले आप अपना कवर फोटो अपलोड कर दीजिये तो कवर फोटो दोस्तों आप अपने बिजनिस से रिलेटिव यहाँ पे अपलोड करेंगे ।

ऍम कीजिये आप क्लिक करिये और सिंपल आपको अपलोड फोटो क्लिक कर देना ।

अपलोड फोटो पे दोस्तों जैसे क्लिक करेंगे ऑटोमेटिकली आपको राॅड कर दिया जाएगा तो आप यहाँ से ऍसे ।

कोई भी एक फोटो दोस्तों यहाँ पे आप अपलोड कर सकते हैं तो मैं यहाँ पे देखिये अपलोड कर लेता हूँ तो ये आप दोस्तों देख सकते हैं ।

मैंने अभी कोई ऐसे डमी मेरे यहाँ पे अपलोड कर दिया ।

सिंपली आपको सेव वाले बटन पर क्लिक कर देना है और जैसे सेव वाले बटन पर क्लिक करोगे ।

आपका जो कवर फोटो है वो यहाँ पे सेव हो जाएगा ।

इस प्रकार से कवर फोटो से होने के बाद दोस्तों अब आपको करना क्या अगला आप अपना प्रोफाइल फोटो भी लगा सकते हैं तो प्रोफाइल पिक्चर पर क्लिक करिए और यहाँ पे भी देखिए आपको अपलोड फोटो कर लेना ।

We've been using G suite at the fit go for about three years now and I've used it with previous businesses as well and I also had zero complaints issues with it ever .

The one thing we did upgrade from the basic plan to the business plan over the last couple of months because we create so much use to content and record so many videos and we upload everything to Google Drive .

So with the 30 gigabytes of the basic plan , we were running out of space on basically all of our emails .

So that's the main difference between those two plans .

But honestly , you'll be happy if you end up using G Suite for another business I was working at for about a year .

We were using Outlook and honestly don't use Outlook .

You'll be much happier with G Suite .

So here we are at G suite dot google dot com and click , get started .

So what we're gonna create now is an email from my personal brand .

So business name , let's just put Jeff the just me .

Yep , I'm in the United States .

Click next to continue and then here's where you put in your card information .

Ok , so G suite account has been created .

Continue to set up .

Ok , welcome to the admin Council or yeah , council .

Next .

Ok .

Activate gmail for this um route your emails to gmail .

Five minutes activate .

Ok , so go to M ok , let's see .

Go to your domain host website in a new tab sign into that domain host .

I've got that done and go to MX Records .

So if you go to names Sheep , it looks like this .

And then if you click on manage for the domain and then click on advanced DNS and then once you're here , if you scroll down , there's a section for mail settings right now , it says no email service and then go to custom MX .

OK ?

And then let's go back to Google again .

OK ?

So go to your MX records , add MX records for gmail .

OK ?

In the server , mail server value , enter this .

So I'm gonna copy it and then priority one .

OK ?

So there's a couple of things , name host alias is the at sign server .

Is this priority one ?

OK .

आपका बिजनिस तो वो भी आप यहाँ पे कर सकते हैं ।

इस प्रकार से दोस्तों आपका उसका काम भी कम्पलीट हो गया ।

कोविद की जो आपको कुछ पॉलिसी अपने बना रखी है तो आप वो भी दे सकते हैं और यहाँ पे मोर पर क्लिक करके अगर आपको प्राइवसी पुँछ देना है तो वो भी आप अपने बिजनिस के दे सकते हैं ।

तो इस प्रकार से दोस्तों आपकी पेज की इन्फर्मेशन है वो भी कम्पलीट हो चुकी है और आपका जो पेज है वो भी दोस्तों कम्पलीट बन के रेडी हो चुका है ।

अगर आप चाहे तो एक बार इस पेज को रिफ्रेश कर लीजिये ताकि आपको कन्फर्म हो जाए कि आप आपने जो पेज बनाया था वो अब आपका बन के रेडी हो चुका है ।

तो यहाँ पे आप देख सकते हैं ।

So if I go back here , add new record , add new record , add new record .
