I'll be sharing on a company that's been around since 2002 and they've been paying people for typing worldwide .

We'll be looking at an international company where you can find typing work from home , uh wherever , pretty much wherever you are .

And currently they are hiring in South Africa .

This is a company that offers audio to text uh services .

They also offer video to text kind of services .

This is called transcribing .

It is a process where you listen to audio and you type exactly what you are hearing , depending on the instruction or you watch a video and type whatever you are hearing on a system which the company provide .

Now before we get started and before I show you this company , let's talk about some of the requirements which are needed for this company .

You need to have a computer or a device that you can install Microsoft and you also need to have a good connection to the internet because that's where most of your work will happen .

When it comes to experience .

They are not fussy about it .

However , they are looking for people who are able to deliver quality work .

So you need to make sure that you meet their standards .

This company will pay you onto any bank that you are using in South Africa .

And I think that is a really , really big win .

What I like the most is that you have an option to work as a freelancer or on a full time basis , you can earn somewhere between five rand to 12 rand 75 per audio minute uh based on the project turnaround time .

So that's what you can expect to end on this platform .

Accuracy and professionalism is very , very important .

And if you read out information on the website , you realize that it is their emphasis .

It is this website that I'm looking at here .

It is a very user friendly website and they are reviewed very well on different professional websites such as glass door linked in trust pilot and many other blogs and websites .

So it is a good website that has got a lot of trust from many different people .

However , I still encourage that you go on to trust pilot and all these different review platforms or job portals to read the reviews for yourself .

In order to determine whether this is a platform that you want to work with or not .

But on the home page of this platform , you will see a sign up form .

The sign up process is also not very hectic .

It's easy .

All you have to do is to fill out your name and then you fill out your surname , your email and here on this drop down era where this country is where you'll find the many different countries which are listed for this platform .

Make sure to agree to the terms and conditions or privacy policy conditions .

Um ensure that you are 18 years or older in order for you to sign up or to start working here , you agree to way with words cookie policy and then click apply .

They will send you an email to the email that you have used to sign up here or that you've filled out here for you to go and confirm your account .

You will log into your account and start the working process .

However , you don't start working immediately because they want to make sure that you do qualify or you meet the standard or requirements which they require for their platform .

So what you're going to do once you've signed into your account .

You will do a prequalify question test .

It is a short test where they ask you about whether you have the devices , whether you have the software , which they need , which is Microsoft Word in this case .

And whether the PC is yours or not , that type of information , they just want to make sure that you have the tools and resources that you need in order for you to complete this job .

The next thing they're going to ask you to do is to do basic training .

This is just to help you uh familiarize yourself with what you have to do on this platform .

They can of job that you have to do .

And they're also going to test you to make sure that you understand the type of work that you you you're going to do .

So as you can see here , they have this continue basic training thing .

I have already started the basic training .

So it is two of nine .

So there's quite a lot of uh training that you need to do here .

You will do general language quizzes and as you go on with answering different questions and doing your test , you will be opening up different stages such as uh research , quiz , audio quiz , personal details , offline assessment , transcriber training .

You need to go through all of these , these steps just to make sure that you are ready to work for the platform and to deliver which they expect here .

Now , the thing about way with words is that they work with different brands and companies who expect quality work from them .

So they have to make sure that they employ people who are going to deliver on that .
