And this is the art of loving food , whole wheat waffles using guilt free ingredients .

Whole wheat is the start today because it is a great source of fiber , essential vitamins and minerals .

It is also a healthier option because all the nutrients are intact to make our breakfast even better .

But so if you can see this is really thick , so we thin it down with some more almond milk .

So our waffle maker is hot .

As you can see , we use our butter spread , just taste it that all shut it .

So we just allow this to cook for another five minutes , four minutes actually .
