G Suite Tutorial - How to Create a Business Email

आपके पेज के अंदर जो बिजनिस चल रहा है वो किस बारे में तो आप अपने बिजनिस की थोडी बहुत जानकारी आप डिस्क्रिप्शन में डाल सकते हैं ।

उसके बाद दोस्तों सिंपली आपको करना क्या है ?

क्रिकेट पेज के ऊपर आपको क्लिक करके क्रीएट पेज के ऊपर दोस्तों जैसे क्लिक करेंगे ।

यहाँ पे आप देख सकते हैं ।

आपका जो फेसबुक पेज है वो फेसबुक के अंदर लिस्ट हो चुका है ।

फेसबुक पेज लिस्ट होने के बाद दोस्तों अब आपके सामने दो ऑप्शन खुलेंगे ।

यहाँ पे सबसे पहले आपके सामने प्रोफाइल फोटो का और दूसरा कवर फोटो का ऑप्शन खुल जाएगा ।

अगर आप के पास है तो आप आपसे इनको अभी अपलोड कर लूँ नहीं है तो कोई बात नहीं ।

आप इनको अभी यहाँ पे सेव बटन पर क्लिक करके स्किप कर सकते हैं और आप अपने फेसबुक पेज के अंदर विजिट कर सकते हैं तो मैंने सेव बटन पर क्लिक किया ।

अब आपको करना क्या यहाँ से क्रॉस कर दीजिये और जैसे आप इसको क्रॉस करेंगे ।

यहाँ पे आप देख सकते हैं ।

आपका जो पेज आपने बनाया था वो पेज आपके सामने खुल चुका है और अब आपके सामने जो पेज खुला है दोस्तों वो आपका पूरा ॅ पेज करने का जो डाॅॅ बोर्ड है वो आपके सामने खुल चुका है ।

ये आपका डॅा बोर्ड है इस पेज को मैनेज करने का और यहाँ पे इसके सामने टूट भी दिख रहे हैं इनको ॅ करने का तो इनकी मदद से आप इस पेज को आसानी से मॅन इज कर सकते हैं ।

अगर आप किसी फोटो को यूस का चाहते है तो इसी फोटो को भी यूस कर सकते है ।

कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं होगा ।

सिम्पली देखिये इस फोटो को यूस करिए और से वाले बटन पर क्लिक कर दिए ।

तो यहाँ पे आप दोस्तों देख सकते हैं ।

प्रोफाइल फोटो भी लग चुका है और उसके बाद दोस्तों आप देख सकते हैं ।

कवर फोटो भी लग चुका है ।

अब ये दोनों काम कम्पलीट करने के बाद दोस्तों अगला काम आपको करना है और वो करना है आपको दोस्तों यहाँ पे बाॅन्ड करना है ।

बट नॅान क्लिक करिए और ऍम दोस्तों जैसे क्लिक करेंगे काफी सारे बट नौं आपको यहाँ पे मिलेंगे ।

देखिये इनमें से जो भी बटन दोस्तों आपको यूस करना है वो आप अपने अपने अकॉर्डिंग कर सकते हैं ।

जैसे मान लीजिये कोई कॉल वाला बटन आपको यूस करना है तो कॉल वाला बटन कर लीजिये , ऍम वाला कर सकते है ।

सिम्पली नॉर्मल मॅन वाला करना है तो वो कर सकते हैं ।

अगर आपके पास कोई ऍफ साइट है और उसके ऊपर आप ट्रैफिक लेकर जाना चाहते हैं तो ये कर सकते हैं और अगर आपका कोई यूटूब चैनल है तो आप ये वाला बटन भी यूस कर सकते हो ।

मैं यहाँ पे अभी नॉर्मली आॅफ वाला बटन यूस कर के दिखा देता हूँ तो सिंपल ॅ क्लिक करना है ।

और ये देखिए आपका जो बटन है वो लगने के लिए तैयार हो जाएगा ।

सिंपली आपको सेव वाले बटन पर क्लिक करना सेव वाले बट में दोस्तों जैसे क्लिक करेंगे ।

देखिए आपका जो बटन है वो यहाँ पे ॅ हो चुका है तो इस प्रकार से दोस्तों आपने अपना काम कम्पलीट कर लिया ।

अगर आपके पास यूजर नेम है दोस्तों तो आप यहाँ पे मुँह ले सकते हैं जैसे क्रिकेट मुँह पे क्लिक करिए और ये वाला जो नाम है वो सिम्पली ।

आप यहाँ से काँपी करके पेस्ट कर दीजिए ।

अगर ये वाला नाम आपको दोस्तों , यूजरनेम में मिल रहा होगा तो यहाँ पे आपको राइट निशान आ जाएगा ।

अगर नहीं मिल रहा है तो आप इसके आगे कुछ और कर सकते हैं ।

देखिए मैं जैसे कुछ आॅड करता हूँ ये वाला यूजर नेम मुझे मिल रहा है तो सिंपल आप यहाँ पे मुँह क्लिक कर दीजिये जैसे दोस्त मुँह क्लिक करोगे आपका यूजरनेम आ जाएगा ।

अगर आप पहली बार कोई पेज बना रहे हैं अपने फेसबुक पेज में प्रोफाइल में तो आ जाएगा ।

अगर आपके पास ऑल रेडी पेज है तो नहीं आएगा तो ये वाला जो पेज है वो दोस्तों अभी पुँछ कम्पलीट नहीं हुई है यूजरनेम की तो यहाँ पे ये वाला पेज मुँह नहीं ले रहा है तो इसको हम स्किप कर देते हैं ।

बाद में आप अपना ले सकते हो ।

उसके बाद दोस्तों अगला काम आपको करना है ।

उसके बाद दोस्तों आप कहाँ पे बेसिक कस्टमाइजेशन कम्पलीट हो चुका है ।

फेसबुक पेज का अब आपको करना क्या है ?

जो इसकी सेटिंग हैं और बाकी जो काम रह गया है वो आपको कम्पलीट करना है तो उन को आप कैसे कम्पलीट करोगे ।

देखिये सिम्पली आप नीचे प्रोडक्ट करिए और यहाँ पे देखिये इस पेज का जो अबाउट है जो ऍफ है वो आपको कम्पलीट करना है ।

यहाँ पे देखिये अबाउट ऑप्शन दिख रहा होगा तो सिंपली आपको ॅ इन्फर्मेशन पर क्लिक करना है और ये आपका लॅा जो आपको कम्पलीट करना सबसे पहले देखिए ।

यहाँ पे जॅनरल का ऑप्शन दिखेगा तो नाम आप यहाँ पे देख सकते हैं ।

अगर आप दोस्त अपना नाम चेंज करना चाहते हैं तो यहाँ से आप नाम भी चेंज कर सकते हो ।

उसके बाद दोस्तों यूजरनेम आप आपसे ले सकते हो ।

अगर आपका यूजरनेम इलिजिबल है तो आप यहाँ से मुँह भी ले सकते हो ।

आपको डिस्क्रिप्शन लिखना डिस्क्रिप्शन में क्या लिखना है वो आप अपने अकॉर्डिंग चूज कर सकते हैं ।

उसके बाद दोस्तों ॅ गोरी का ऑप्शन है ।

आपको यहाँ पे दिख रहा है जो ऑलरेडी हमने ॅ कर रखी है ।

ये सारे ऑप्शन बेसिकली पहले हमने ऑॅल कर रखे हैं तो इसमें आपको कोई चेंज नहीं करना अगला ऑप्शन दिखेगा ।

यहाँ पे आपको दोस्तों काॅल्स का ।

So what user name ?

So obviously this could be contact or sales or Jeff dot The , let's just have it as Jeff and then pick a password .

Try G suite free for 14 days .

So G suite business flexible plan , $12 per user per month .

I think in the free plan , maybe it's setting me up for the business and then I can downgrade to G suite basic .

Once we get everything set up , I'll go on to the admin panel and show you how to change that back down to basic .

आपकी जो बिजनिस की लोकेशन है वो आप डाल सकते हैं जैसे विल इज ऐसे कुछ करके इस प्रकार से विल इज अगर आप यहाँ से अपना जो है डाल सकते हैं ।

ठीक है इस प्रकार से आप अपना ऍम डाल दीजिये और आपको सिंपल यहाँ ऍम कर लेना ताकि आपका जो जो बिजनिस है उसके ऊपर कोई भी बंदा आए तो वो आपको आसानी से कवर कर सकता है ।

उसके बाद दोस्तों सर्विस एरिया आप यहाँ पे डाल सकते हैं जैसे जयपुर के अंदर आप सर्विस प्रवाइड करते हैं अपने बिजनिस की तो जयपुर राजस्थान का सर्विस एरिया भी आप चूस कर सकते हैं ।

अगर और करना है सर्विस एरिया तो आप यहाँ पे काफी ये सारे ऑप्शन को चूज कर सकते हैं ।

मैंने जो पेज बनाया है दोस्तों वो बन के रेडी हो चुका है और अब मैं चाहूँ तो इस पेज के ऊपर अपने बिजनिस वगैरह की पोस्टिंग आसानी से कर सकता हूँ तो उम्मीद करता हूँ दोस्तों आज का मेरा विडियो आपको अच्छा लगा होगा और अपने दोस्तों ऍम ये भी सीख लिया होगा कि अपने बिजनिस के लिए आप अपने फेसबुक का पेज कैसे बना सकते हैं ।

अगर अपने दोस्तों विडियो पूरा देखा है और अभी भी आपको विडियो से रिलेटेड कोई सवाल जो आप तो आप मुझे नीचे काॅन् कर सकते हैं ?

अगला विडियो आपको किस टॉपिक पे , चाहे आप दोस्तों वो भी मुझे नीचे काॅन् कर सकते हैं ।

अगर दोस्तों आपने ये वाला विडियो पूरा देखा है और आपको विडियो अच्छा लगा तो आप ये वाला विडीओ सिर्फ एक मिनट का टाइम निकाल के अपने फॅमिली ऍफ जरूर शेर कर दीजिएगा ।

विडियो को पूरा देखने के लिए और चैनल को सब्सक्राइब सपोर्ट करने के लिए आप सभी का बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद ।

So I did that follow these same steps for all of the MX records below .

So if I go back here , add new record , add new record , add new record .

So priority five , priority five , priority 10 , priority 10 , right , then go back here and then let's copy and paste .

Basically , it's the same thing with just the , the number change all one , all two , all three out four .

But we can just copy and paste to make sure we don't make any mistakes that one check , number two , check , number three and the last one and then Chuck .

Ok .

So there's five MX records that are all for Google , that should be OK .

Get your verification code , add MX verification record .

So add another MX director just like you did above only this time .

OK ?

So do it the same and put priority 15 and copy this .

So copy advanced DNS add new record at this priority 15 check , ok ?

Activate Gmail .

OK ?

So you might see this a lot .

Sometimes it may take a couple of minutes and so I'm just going to wait three minutes , let's say , and then I'm gonna try this again .

So at this point in the video , I was having an issue G suite would not find the MX records .

I clearly put in and put incorrectly into name cheap .

Normally , it should only take a couple of minutes at max maybe a half hour .

But for some reason , it wasn't showing up on , on my account .

And so , you know , I had even contacted Name Sheep and they said , hey , you did everything , right ?

Just wait a little bit .

Um , it took longer than what it should have .

A couple of hours went by and it didn't work .

And so I just went to bad gap in the morning and tried one more time and it worked just fine .

So the point is if you have any issues , contact customer support from where you bought the domain , make sure everything's good .

And if you follow the steps that I walk you through in this video , it should work just fine .

So let's retry this , all right , domain verified .

Let's set up G suite , create new users .

It's just gonna be me .

So this would this essentially will let me add people to the team , but I don't need to do that today .

So I would Gmail is activated , skip for now .

Yeah , so go to just go to mail dot google dot com and it is all set up .

So I can start sending emails now from Jeff at Jeff dot co .

So the one thing I want to show you if you go back to basically if you go back to Admin dot Google , ok .

So what I was saying before , if you go into billing , ok .

So you can see G suite business and then what I would want to do here is downgrade to G suite basic and then it's gonna show you here's all the differences , downgrade to G sweep basic continue .

So , I mean , either way you'll still have the , the free trial , but this way after the 14 days , you'll be on the , the basic plan to get started as opposed to business , right ?

Paid service starts in 13 days .

And then if you go back to admin , if you ever want to add other people to your team , you click on users right here and then add a new user and then here you go , you can add somebody new to your team .
